As a first-time pregnant girl, I was looking to complement my pilates-based megaformer workouts at Core Club with some pre-natal yoga, and I've fallen in love. I come once a week to stretch and my favorite part is that each class begins and ends with a drop of essential oil to really integrate an experience into the class (I will use these during birth!). I also got an added unexpected bonus: a whatsapp group created by the instructor that includes 150+ mommies always available for advice or suggestions (from breastfeeding to event spaces to how to deal with a bump on the head). Couldn't be more worth it!

I’m a teacher at Zen & I believe we have some of the best teachers on the schedule, all with many years of experience & dedication to their own practice & teaching. I think some of these reviews of our manager are terrible, it’s so sad to read that people will go out of their way to tarnish someone’s reputation. Especially people who are “yoga practioners” we are all fallible & no one is perfect. Siobhan (our manager) is professional, extremely hard working and cares for her teachers & the students of Zen yoga. Its beyond me that people are going out of their way to put someone down. Where is the kindness? If she did up set you, Forgive & let live. 🙏

Miss living close to this place! I'm skinny but Max's power yoga helped me see some significant gains. I's definitely go back if I still lived in the area.

I've been going to Zen Yoga on and off for years and I can say that the changes the new management have made are great. It's nice to see a manager that actually cares and actually works.

I can see how regular advanced practitioners could find the changes distasteful but its great there are so many beginner classes and i found the teachers as very capable practitioners. I am guy who disliked yoga for a long time but since my classes at Zen yoga i like it very much.

I am new to Dubai and am new to yoga. I'm so happy to see Zen Yoga provides many opportunities to learn. Many studios forget about us beginners. Zen doesn't. Thank you to the management team for understanding yoga needs to be available to beginners. Also studio very clean, friendly and well organized. My friend and I have found a new home!

It used to be good. Good teachers, good schedule, until the new management showed up and messed up everything, classes, schedule, teachers, renting studio mats for money, etc. etc. As a result of her thoughtless unnecessary actions, many practitioners left zen yoga, I may do so too after my current package. Zen yoga is definitely not a 5 star practice with its current management. Hands down, if she is trying to lose customers, she is doing a very good job.
