You call them to book an appointment and they tell u a callback will happen in 20 minutes. Nobody calls. You call them 4-5 times and they don't even pick up the phone. I am supposed to be a first time customer, but if they cannot even answer their phone during business hours, what would be their quality of service?

Update on the above after i wrote the above review - they finally called back and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Went there and was led into a room. Nice and Clean!. The guy who massaged my back Neem - gave a Thai back massage. He was awesome! I will go there again.

We, my husband and me went for Body massage since both men’s and ladies spa Centre is at same place, which is biggest plus point, beside that we both loved the massage.
Must visit atleast once.

Gone for Foot spa, but not done well, only foot file was done and i told them to use blades to remove dead skin and they dont even have scrub or cream to apply on foot, trust me really no scrub and cream complete dry treatment after the foot soak. really bad pls never try foot spa.

I had gone for a manicure-pedicure and for threading my brows. The services were okay. Nothing too great about it.
But the customer service was just so horrible!

#1 I had booked an appointment a day prior saying that I needed a french manicure. And the receptionist said I could just specify what manicure I needed when I went there. And when I asked for a french manicure when I went there, the lady said she did not know how to do it! If they have listed a particular service on their brochure, it is their duty to have adequate and skilled staff to provide their services!

#2 I had paid by cash. And the receptionist did not have any change to give. She simply wouldn't accept the cash. I asked her to go get change for the men's spa or somewhere else as IT IS THEIR DUTY TO KEEP CHANGE! Her excuse was that from morning people have been paying using their credit card. Which is JUST ABSURD! I told her I’ll come and pay later. To which she said it is not possible. She told me to go get change from the pharmacy. Which is such an inappropriate response to a customer. You don't ask a customer to go hunt down for change. The receptionist was so rude. Zero ethics or morality!!!

I have experienced Thai massage on several places in Abu Dhabi , but never like Zari Spa with Mr. Niel , real professional, well experienced and knowledgeable traditional Thai massager , he is just amazing professional in his field . Massage is little painful but later I am sure you will get relief from your acute pain on different part of the body. I recommend for those who are suffering shoulder or back pain you must visit Mr Niel.
Good and clean environment and very friendly front office staff( Mr. Satheesh) , nice ambience too.

Highly advisable for Badminton players

I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded here for the past three years and I’ve been a satisfied customer every time!

Make sure you call for reservations as Zari Spa can get very busy. Staff are really friendly both on the phone and in person.

My only complaint is that the same kind of wax is used for legs and bikini. Most places I go back in my hometown, Budapest, offer sugar wax which is supposed to better for a sensitive area. I wish Zari Spa did too!

The staff does not know to speak to their customers at all. The lady at the counter asked me to go since there was no one available to do eyebrow threading. Thats all I had gone for. I stated twice that It's okay if it'll take time. I was willing to wait for even 2 hours for a 5 minutes job of eye brow threading, yet she said its not possible today at all and asked me to leave.
Its one thing to not have enough resources/ staff to a provide a service and thats okay, and totally understandable, but it's another thing to absolutely disregard a customer and ask them to leave. I'd suggest, if you would not like to feel humiliated in front of other women, rather not go to this salon.

P:S: Google web reviews actually mention popular time as fridays and 3PM being "Usually not too busy". Yet the attitude of the lady at the counter is just not justified. Maybe a little bit of training on customer service will be really helpful.

Ok as compared to other places in Abu Dhabi. Not very sound proof, could hear the prayers going on during the whole time I was in there. Parking was a hassle and the bed wasn't comfortable in width. Ok but wouldn't recommend it.
