To be honest I wish I could give a lower star rating for this place
I called on several occasions to try and make a booking, the receptionists confirm my appointment at the time of booking just to call me after 20 mins and say my requested technician will run 4hours or more over, the reasons I got until now, a client had brought her friend an for double booked so they need to move my appointment, they overbooked her, and I cannot stress how many times I requested to speak to the manager about these incidents: but no one ever got back to me.
I have never seen such bad customer service in my life to be honest.
I suggest you fix this because even a few other people I know have had the same issue!!!!!response / report this review -

This salon deserves every bit of recognition, they are so professional & they have a lot of different colors to choose. Decorating and staff are wonderful.

Gelish polish was removed after one week(should stay 3-4 weeks). They say they are luxury but their manicure is not luxury at all
