  Only been here once for a Moroccan bath and a massage but this one time gave me a nice experience. Nice people, everything was on time and relaxing. It's nice for a guy to treat himself to this place every once in a while.

  Worst experience iv ever faced. Had keratin treatment done over here for 800 dhs. What can i say? They say keratin tretment gives stregnth and repairs the hair. But at here it happened the opposite. My hair became sooo soft which bacame unmanageble and lost tons of hair strips. And the haircuts and beard shaping price are too high which are not worth it. I recommend everyone to try chaps & co at dubai. Best haircuts prices and barber in uae i must say.

  Amazing place. I'm from the states and had the toughest time finding a place to cut my hair and do my beard. This place fit me right in. It was nice, I enjoyed it, reminded me of back home. I don't care about spa, if you want spa, go to a 5 star hotel and pay an arm and a leg, if you want a great haircut, come here.

  Clever use of Web and Marketing for a poor experience. Poor service so one does not feel relaxed. It is a gentlemens barber that does massage not a Spa. Staff are unhappy, which doesn't help. Massage was opposite of normal, started with face and finished with back.okay but such a major change is not relaxing. When I wrote to the Management of the experiences they were dilusional and unhelpful to the max.

  The people working there are pretty good at what they do. Unfortunately the place is a disaster, from the holes in the walls, ignored dead plants in the entrance / garden, and all the trash inside on the floor, the seats, everywhere. Thanks but I'll find somewhere else.
