Not a very nice place to get car detailing. The waiting area is full of rubbish, having torn out sofas and filled with mosquitoes. They are charging good money for the services but have 0 respect for their customers. Moreover they don't allow you to monitor what they are doing to your car. They will tell you it's not allowed. After having an horrible customer dealing experience I was not happy with the service done as well. They didn't clean anything under the car as they don't have any car lifts. Find a good place to treat your car.

I needed my Jeep Wrangler detailed for sale and I was lucky to find a Cobone voucher for their 1200AED package so I saved quite a bit. They did an outstanding job detailing the Jeep, and I had them paint the plastic areas that were sun faded, fenders, steps, bumpers. The car looked it was in the showroom. I Was able to sell it and get the price I wanted due to it looking its best. Highly recommended.

Used their cobone offer.. Amazing detailing experience.. very professional and they told me upfront how much time it will take and they delivered as per committed time. They also offer pickup and drop off with nominal extra charges which makes it really hassle free. Overall highly recommended..

Amazing and great Customer experience provided by Ali, a great listener to customers request and fulfilled the promise he gave. Car was almost like brand new from agency after having it detailed and polished. Ali always goes the extra miles to make sure customers are extremely satisfied and happy and i have recommended their service using Ali as point of reference to many of my friends. Not So Good Purchased a Discount Voucher for Full Detailing.. while my car was already very shiny with just small swirls marks they didnt even do anything I think max maybe just washed and waxed as swirls marks are as it was before Nothing changed just interior they washed and polished still not much as many parts in the interior were still dirty So I would never recommend this better to go for some other place which are more cheaper

I bought cobone coupon for car detailing. Exterior detailing was OK not great. In the coupon it mentioned 6 step polishing, but I don't think they performed 6step as I can see some paint marks as is.
However interior detailing was good. All stain marks on seats upholstery were removed.
Over all its good for the price.

Wow! These guys really did an amazing job of my Jeep! This Jeep has been through several seasons of dunes and wadis, and they cleared out years of gunk in just one day! It literally looks NEW again! Great attention to detail, superb value for money, and the pick-up/drop-off service makes these guys my go-to from now on! Also, their team has been amazing over WhatsApp, answering queries, and keeping me updated every step of the way!

They are not professional . I had my car detailed there and was not at all happy with their service .Six step polish didn't look even like one step polish. Their staff is not professional . I had to change my car battery because they had kept it on for a day. I am not going there and will not recommend it to anyone .

Used Groupon to get 1st time ever car detailing for my 2006 Honda Jazz, with no prior recommendation. After comparing the offers, Zain's seemed the best and most versatile offer on the market for a decent price. My little Honda is now shining like a star that she is. Looks like a new car this little 12 year old. The man behind the service number and the office desk - Abdul, professionally guided me over the phone on how to find the garage, which was a good start. I used to do my car detailing in Zain for many months now. Today I had a very bad experience when the supervisor argued and shouted when I asked for my regular sevice person. He even went to extend of saying 'get lost' to his customer. Being in the service sector the utmost priority is to serve your customer with good hospitality. I have recommended many people to Zain, but with this very bad experience I will never recommend anyone, nor I will visit your service center anymore. Dated 21st Oct 2017

I Was recommended to go to ZCC for a detail by a friend. They did a great job on my Prado and were upfront about what stains they could and couldn't clean. Very happy overall with the service provided.

Did the full interior and exterior detailing package, and the results were better than my expectations. Given the dirty conditions of my car, I doubted that they could make it, but they did. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Appropriate Prices (you're going to have to bargain) and customer friendly service. I had to get my brakes fixed because they kept making a loud noise when i tried to stop the car. They said the repair time would take two hours and it they took a bit longer than that. Other than the wait time, they gave me what I asked for..

Side Note: They also gave a 20DHS discount because coincidentally my name was Zain, which was awesome of them. :)

Good customer service and attention to detail. My friends had used Zain and were happy so I gave them a try for my very dirty Pajero. Polishing was good but interior clean was really impressive.

Had a car detailing package done for my prado last week. Not satisfied with the performance. The work done to less than average. Could have been done much better. Many places the spots still appear and it looks like a bit of hurry job.

Need proper supervision staff if they want to improve the quality and the name in the market.

I found the car wash to be great while the inside cleaning was fine. I give 4/5 stars to the service. They are pretty thorough and fast. I have found their rates to be the best in the area. There are comfortable seats in the waiting area. For sure I will be back.
