  they are frauds !! Don't deliver what they promised.
  
  About Al Wasl dhow trip :
  
  Please don't go there if you don't have too. Its the worst dhow cruise in marina !! boat supposed to leave at 8;30 but it departed at 9;15 - just because trip supposed to be 2 h long but we were late because of organisations so trip last only 1,3h very poor service.Food was really bad and hairs were everywhere. I was told wrong information about the menu plus I am allergic to nuts so I ended up without dinner lady send me a menu via whasapp but after arrival I was told menu changed 2 months ago but they didn't update. My whole family didn't enjoy the experience with this cruise. I was trying to share my experience with the owners but I was blocked unfortunately. Also on the boat there is a lady which hen I asked why we are no leaving she said that they are waiting for big group of people but we were only waiting for 2 people for 45 min. Her respond on my complaint was " I KNOW IS TERRIBLE BUT WHAT CAN I DO ?" So if you are looking for a nice family adventure around marina avoid Al WASL cruise. There is many many more in marina which have a really good quality.

  BEWARE: These guys are fraudsters. Please do not book them.
  
  They take money and they do not deliver what they promise.
  We booked Desert Safari and Hatta mountain and had a worst experience. Desert Safari was horrible they did dune bashing for like 20 minutes
  Food was stale, Camel ride was promised but was not there, henna was not there. After horrible desert safari we called to tell him we dint expect that kind of service for 500AED per person but they had excuse.
  Later they say Hatta mountain was close so we can see from far.. blah blah.. We asked them to refund our money and they did only half.
