So dissapointed!! I applied visa for my sister and said it will be released 3-4 days. It’s been 7 days and nothing happened!!!!

Totally not recommended for visa application! So terrible service they have! They don't even deserve to get a star. My man has applied for a visa and the visa was actually out already under a name Nyombi Hassani. However, they put it on hold for non sense. They make it as a bargain for overstayed strangers which have nothing to do with him. My man has the rights to get his visa as he has fulfilled all the requirements. Their PRO is so irresponsible in doing his job. Too many excuses he made and tends to run away from his duty. Completely thumbs down for their service!

My visa was applied through this campany and have been told that it's out but put on hold in the office for about a month for issues idont understand,,Nyombi Hasaani ,Ugandan.please respond to me urgently.

Nania Tourism located at Karama very friendly staff, owner is a very humble and down to earth person, we recently did A2A visa change and service was super fast and prompt. Rates are also cheap compare to other travel agencies Happy Customer :)

Fake vouchers are distributing.
Desert safari With promotion voucher AED 170 for 2 person
Voucher cost is AED 99 extra
Without promotion voucher AED 120 for 2 person
Nobody is there to co-ordinate.

If there was any negative stars, I would give them. Horrible visa application experience. Paid the amount on 31st Jan and still waiting ( Feb16) for the visa. They did not inform that the quota was full and the manager Mr Sindi especially does not take any ownership. Expects customer to directly talk to PRO. Poor is not the word. I wish I had read the reviews before. They might come up with some response to this review to cover themselves. Please contact me to hear the pain I am going through.

so upset with their services!!! drivers don't know where is the place of the dessert safari adventure!!! we are lost and we did not experience the so-called dessert safari!!! we experienced ROAD TRIP to somewhere we don't know!!! staff are arrogant and disrespectful!!! refund is not enough for ruining our Dubai Tour! we came all the way from Singapore and you just ruined everything!!!! *really upset* (sigh)
