  Please avoid them at all cost. They are cheats and will leave your experience in poor taste. William is an unprofessional guy who forgot to give my number to Bus driver so my pickup was delayed by 1 hr after calling them multiple time. Also, they don't do anything they will send you to Phoenix tours LLC and Phoenix will send you to Al Marjan. All top notch unprofessional and runs whole desert safari with utmost ill-managed way. The place of camp is for 200 to 250 people but they accommodated 1000+ people with other cheap tours ( happy tours of 45 DH) making whole place like mess. The cold drinks are of cheap quality and without even any services. NEVER EVER GO with them.. Period !! Please do your self a favor and book some professional tour services else your time and tour will be spoiled. I have made a complaint against them in DTCM with the kind of services they have provided.

  This is by far the WORST DESERT SAFARI my family and I have ever been on. First of all, communication between me and the person in charge was so bad that I couldn't even understand a word they said. They took us to the worst spot in the desert (the one near Sharjah). There are so many other beautiful desert spots with red sands. This one had plants and rocks in the sand. The sand wasn't even smooth. Very unprofessional. The dune bashing was supposed to be 15-20 minutes and it turned out to be 10 MINUTES ONLY. Then we wanted to do some activities and went to the quad bike area. IT WAS 150 DHS Sharing FOR 15 MINUTES. 15
  MINUTES!!!!!!!! And this wasn't only a singular bike, this was a sharing bike. 150 DHS IS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR 1 HOUR IN OTHER PROFESSIONAL COMPANIES. The thing is, it wasn't even 15 minutes, it turned out to be 10 minutes. But as I was riding the quad bike, I wanted to speed up so I can have some fun, then the guys stopped me and YELLED AT ME saying that the bike has NO INSURANCE and that I was not allowed to speed up. This is so unprofessional, they are supposed to have insurance on all quad bikes. Then we went to the camp area, don't even get me started on that. The place was so crowded that we had to sit out on the sand until some guy showed up saying we could sit in the "VIP AREA". We were fine with that until they charged us AED 40 per person (we were 7 people). Then another guy came up saying that it was actually AED 50 per person. SUCH MONEY STEALERS!!!! When the food started to come (since we were "VIP" they were supposed to be bringing the food), we asked for them to clean the table and the guy said "we are in the desert". We said ok and let them continue and soon they started putting food on our table. He brought a plate of dry macaroni, some lettuce and cucumber, some fried fish thing and meat. The meat was so bad it was minced meat crammed together on a skewer to look like grilled meat. They only served us (7 people) like 5 pieces of chicken and meat. It had no flavor and was so dry. Then we decided to order one shisha and it was AED 50 (like regular restaurants). After we left, since it was so unprofessional, you can see workers smoking leftover shishas from people which drove me crazy. This was the end of our horrible trip and we will never come back again. DO NOT USE THIS TOURISM IT IS THE WORST.

  I had tried to make a booking to this company and the landline wasn't working so i called the mobile number available on their website and there was this guy named William who got the my call and gave me hard time to book an appointment.He was so unprofessional and rude and aggressive..not at all i recommend for him to work in a customer service.He was literally raising his voice when i asked him to give me more details of where and how i can make the booking as according to him i have to make it through on lineon line??????then he started to raise his voice when giving me the email address and when i told him that it is not a proper way of handling a good service..he hanged the phone..very unprofessional

  These guys are a joke. Did not pick us up, came up with a million excuses, and then just stopped communicating. JOKE! DO NOT USE!!

  if anyone is thinking of booking with this company, forget about it. There is nothing good about them, pickup was late by one hour, transport was by a bus unlike other companies that use the same 4x4, the drive in the desert was not even 5 minutes. I have been on Desert Safari in Dubai number of times before but this is by far the worst experience.
  
  People like this do not do any good to Dubai's reputation as well, there were people who came for the first time and with this kind of experience they will never recommend desert safari to anyone.
