Personally this was first and last time to stay in this hotel.

Negative:
1. The popular rooms are specious and modern. However, the sewage system in the shower was not working at all. Whole lake in the toilet and the room after showering.
2. One of the receptionist was acting like a very smart guy without thinking of who is on the other side.
3. The booking process went smooth, but we have miss understanding at the end (I figured it out, on the day of arrival).
4. The location is in the Greens. If you like to walk after work or have some dinner outside this is not the area where you should stay.
5. They have only 11 floors and they clean the rooms after 5 - 6 pm.

Positive:
1. The staff in the restaurant, valet parking and the housekeeping are very friendly and helpful.
2. The food was the same each morning, but tasty.
3. The gym is very nice and well equipped.

Zabeel Hotel has honestly exceeded my expectations. The rooms and entire space is gorgeous, artsy, comfortable and super tidy. But the best part of the hotel are the staff. They’re so friendly, kind, helpful and remember you from the first day. At breakfast they remembered by coffee order and greet you like they know you. They are also an inclusive team, Mohamad was a pleasure to be around and his smile and greeting to all the visitors really made my stay so much more enjoyable. The fact that it is a pet hotel is also something I loved about them. On woman’s day every woman at the breakfast buffet received a small gift of gratitude. It’s the small things that they do so well that made me love my stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Zabeel. The interior is modern and stylish, the beds are super comfortable and the outdoor bar and pool area are not to crowded. What made our time extra special was the attentiveness and fantastic service from the staff. Everyone was always so friendly and helpful. Mohammed and Amel (among others) made our experience extra enjoyable. Definitely recommend!

I always go there for gym. Staff is very friendly. They could improve the housekeeping of the ladies facilities though. Once I had to tell them to clean it and it took them over an hour to look after the issue.

I came for vacation, and the theme of the hotel is fantastic, excellent, and it has an experienced spa therapist. The gym is spacious and nice. It would be great if there were some electrical plug outlets near to the sitting table in the room. The breakfast menu is the same for every day during my stay, initially it's exciting but after a couple of days it's not interesting to eat. Instead of that, I suggest having the kitchen menu in breakfast with multinational food each day with one item special. Also, social company staff should pay attention to all nationalities equally. It appears to me they focused on certain group of people, which I never felt in other five-star hotels.
