Very cozy and clean hotel. With pleasant and helpful staff) I want to express special gratitude to the manager Adnan! We do not know the language well, but Adnan tried to help us in every possible way (through a translator, with gestures 😄). On our next trip to Dubai, we will definitely stay at the Al Jawhara Hotel Apartments.

I would not recommend this to anyone especially coming with family. The room is shabby and not maintained properly. You need to ask small things and you will get on time.
Reception is cooperative but they can do much because management is taking this seriously.response / report this review -

A comfortable hotel, like hotel apartments, and its price is good compared to the space and number of rooms, but the furniture is very old, the standardized cleanliness needs more TV channels, very bad, and some screens do not work. The equipment in the kitchen needs more attention

It was poor! The hotel receptionist rude manner keep knocking the door untill 2am morning.. it was unprofessional treatment for the guest specially when the guest ariving on the lobby..
No free slippers for the guest.. the bath room was not clean..specially the bowl and bat tab..response / report this review
