Greedy and extremely expensive for no reason I never recommend this vet to anyone , simple bill it can reach to 1000 doing nothing but touching your dog . Crazy place , the staff there trained to sell only. NEVER COME BACK .

I would highly recommend Them as the best veterinary centre in dubai . They took care of my fur baby right away when I had an emergency I was even offered water by the sweet receptionist who noticed how upset I was .The nurses and doctors were amazing kept me updated on my pets progress they made me feel at home will definitely be using them from now on worth every penny ! Thanks guys

This is the worst clinic I have ever been too. Couple of years ago they charged me 17000 dhs to only kill my dog and not tell me they had to pump his heart to stay alive do they can extract the money from me And after that everytime I go there for emergency reasons which is out of having no choice because they are 247 open they are unprofessional Rudeand only care about money. Way too money driven rather than heart driven.

Had to take my young male cat at midnight because he ate something that upset his stomach. Being one of the few vet clinics open 24hrs, we took him there, friendly staff, true and honest diagnosis, and the cats doing much better through a mild course of antibiotics

I honestly don't even know from where to begin about how bad their service, this was by far the worst customer service expeience I've had in my life, they robbed me of 330 dirhams, which 200 was supposed to be returned after few days. When I called to ask about the refund, they hung up in my face and im not going to bother chasing them for 200. As for the 130, they gave me Anitbiatoics for my puppy that made him really sick for 2 days, and wasnt able to move. I googled the antibiotic and the first thing i see was " WARNING DONT GIVE TO PUPPIES.

Please stay away from them and they know their robbing people, cause a guy was sitting there mentioned that the same thing happened to him, also 2 girls told me to take him somewhere else cause they got charged 5000 dirham when the bill was supposed to be much much less.

BTW THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I WRITE A REVIEW ABOUT A BUSINESS
