Scammers. Took my dog there and he was diagnosed wrongly only so they could sell me medicine. I checked with 3 other different vets and he turned out to be okay. I hope someone takes action against this place. Please if you could go to any other vet do so, this one is not worth it at all. The doctor herself is responsible for this. One of the staff members was kind enough to give me all the information I needed in order to report this place.

I have been taking my cat to City Vet clinic , Midriff whenever she has been unwell. She has been treated both by Dr.Saman as well as Dr. Kareem. Both doctors as well as the entire staff have been extremely good and professional. Yes , expensive but all private vets are.

I’ve visited this clinic and had an exotic pet which is a slow loris, I thought they have a doctor who can check up on him since this page had a doctor taking care of a slow loris so I went and had a vaccine for him there. But the reason I rated this at one star is because they don’t know how to handle critical situations such as your pet not eating in my case, they gave me antibiotics and a medicine for his throat but never confirmed what was the problem, they keep giving suggestions of what is the problem but the only thing they found is that he had a fever which is the easiest to detect. My pet suffered for a week up until now and hopefully he can Rest In Peace.

Please if you love your pet go to a more professional vet such as zaabeel vet or Nad El Sheba vet. City vet clinic is the worst thing you can do to your pet

Especially DO NOT consult with The Vet..Kareem..No Experience on how to handle or treat Dog.

If there was a review lesser than 1 star I would give it to city vet. The Vet who I should say is stupid and uneducated did not inform me about corona and FIV similarities. She just checked for corona virus and smiled and told me to just increase my cats weight since there is no other medicine. My cat got progressively sick and I took him to Deira vet, where the doc informed me the vet should have cheked for FIV too. I am almost losing my cat here and I am fuming with rage.
The vet in city vet was behaving very unprofessional( i noticed that)..she was just standing around and joking with her staff when my cat was there on her table. Usual vets would atleast touch and pet the animals but she looked repulsed. NEVER EVER GO TO CITY VET.

We have been satisfied with the level of service we’ve received for our animals. Prices are expensive but this is the same with all vets in Dubai. We were disappointed that we couldn’t get a rescue rate for a neutering of a dog that we rescued but had obviously had chipped into our name.

We visited The City Vet Clinic today. The receptionist was very friendly and polite but we were not admitted by doctor with our rabbit pet. They told us that the doctor don’t treat rabbits because of allergic reaction to them. Which is rather strange and sounds not very professional. What about another animals?

3 days ago I brought my beloved cockatoo here for wing clipping and nail cutting I always go outside with it, and it literally flew like an eagle away, I don’t know what I paid for then obviously its wings were not clipped or they just said they did. I think it’s unfair to take people’s money for a service that they trust the vet will do properly.

For a private vet, they are pretty reasonably priced and don't try to fleece your pocket. We love dr. saman. She is thorough and always gives the right diagnosis and treatments. We have also gone to the other vets in the clinic and have always been satisfied. If you want to do things cheaper go to the municipality vet. I can't understand people using a private vet service and grumbling about how expensive it is. All private vets are expensive. Neither can I understand taking strays to a private vet and wanting cheap prices?

I had to take one of my beloved strays in a rush to this clinic..they charged me AED 260 for emergency consultation because I made it before 8:30..soon after this rate jumps to AED 800! That is an insane price jump and I felt was unacceptable that a clinic is clearly taking advantage of a desperate animal loveranyways the prices weren't cheap to be honest and I ended up paying AED 500 for basic antibiotics and medication which honestly usually costs AED 80 at DM vet..the only saving grace was the vet herself and the friendly receptionist who were patient enough to answer all of my queries..Thank you Dr Saman.

Feel cheated. Took my dog for kennel cough vaccine and had checked the cost at 105 was told I have to pay 170 as consultation and I agreed. During checkup the doctor asked me if she was given deworming and I said yes 3 months ago. So he said she will need deworming and gave her the tabs. I did not protest as I thought it will be additional cost of tablets but was charged an excessively without and explanation. Don't know why it's so difficult to find honest vets in Dubai.

I paid too much for nothing. Even I make appointment and I tell the veterinary exactly what animal I have and the condition when and reach the place the veterinary didn't know how to treat my pet or what type of food I need to give them. she said she need to ask other veterinary what they eat and what time of vitamins. I paid 350 dhs for nothing at all, just to tell me is a vitamin deficient but she didn't know what food I need to give or what treatment needed.

One of the best vets available. Very friendly staff and doctors. They have a 24/7 line for emergencies which was great and reliable. I used that service once around 12 AM midnight when one of my 9 persian cats wasn't eating and was very pale almost about to die. Turned out she had the Corona Virus so they kept her at he vet for 4 days on medication until she was better. They are one of the only vets that actually know what they're doing.
