Incompetent. Mis-diagnosed my cat. Over charged me. Had to take him to another vet, my cat almost died because of the incompetence. This is just a money making business. No care given. They should be investigated. Looks like i am not the only person who has had a bad experience.
Took my girlfriends Svetlana's chihuahua here after an emergency, we were very worried as it had an accident, at first they were very reassuring while going through the terms and prices, at this stage we would agree on anything as my gf was in tears of worry we just wanted FatBoy to be ok.
1 hour of waiting with no word we asked what was happening, Nancy the Filipina vet nurse suggested that FatBoy was in surgery, we weren't informed of this, but we thought whatever is best for our friend.
30 more minutes later Nancy says everything is fine and he can go home soon, they ushered us into a little room where a dozing bulldog named Boris awaited us.
We were confused and worried at the same time. In the end we learnt that FatBoy just had some injections and a bandage and was sitting in the kennel waiting for us for 1 hour. We get the bill and it's actually Boris bill!
Yes they sorted that out quickly but the care given and the unprofessionalism by this clinic will stay with me forever.
Wanna have your pet killed? Give it to petzone vet and they will definitely do it!!!!!! Worst veterinary ever! The doctors have no idea what to do and how to treat animals!!!!! Shame to call yourself a veterinary clinic!!!!
Worst vet. They simply care about taking your money. They don't care about your pet. They will misdiagnose your special family member over and over in order to get more money. My pet could of died.
Good friendly vets. Reception staff can improve the courtesy and friendliness extended to customers and make it more welcoming.
VERY HELPFUL STAFF AND DOCTORS . HAVE A VARIETY OF DOG AND CAT FOOD AND TOYS .
Friendly efficient good vetenary clinic does what it says on the box. If you are used to European vetenary prices you are in for a shock at any vet in UAE so consider that if your are thinking of getting a pet. Don't buy, ADOPT
Best clinic for pets. Dr.Natasha is a star
Helpful, take your pets don't put it off
Great Vets
I have been on the search for a reliable vet clinic and was recommended this one by a charity organization.
Pros :
Among private vets, this one proved to be the most affordable option for a stray overallit was still a bit pricey though.
Ample paid parking available.
Friendly receptionists
Cons:
Non-justifiable pricing : My stray kitties (2) were diagnosed with a grave illness and were hospitalized for just 1 and a half day and the bill came up to AED 1200 (did I mention on charity rates?) something,.the worst part? The kitties didn't even survive..I simply do not understand why the prices of vets are so overblown in Dubai when I know quite well that a generic injection originally only costs AED 30 something whereas here I was charged 60 somethingthis is the same in every private clinic in Dubai.
Irregular responsiveness:
When I call in to ask for updates the vet always seems to be busy and they take their own time to get back..while I do understand that vets are busy people the least you could do is call and inform that my kitty did not make it..my kitty died early in the morning and they did not care to inform me until I myself called them up late in the afternoon..they did however call when my first kitty died so i do not understand the irregularity.
They have evrything for your pets
Wide collection of dog and cat food for all the breeds.
Not much of a selection for buying pet food. Doctors are good.
Continue to take my 2 cats to the Pet Zone Vet Clinic and it has always a wonderful experience. The best part is they have everything under one roof.
Very professional vets and other staff. Almost all clinical services and products are available here and plenty of parking any time of the day.
