Terrible place. Absolutely terrible. Worst customer service. Racist people who only respect those who they think are richer. Take unnecessary money and don't spend it efficiently. Has water problems everyday and sometimes goes yellow. Some workers are disturbingly friendly and clearly have bad intentions. I have lived here for many years and strongly Do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Wouldn't even rate this 0 stars.

nice place for easy access most of Dubai's central.
well secured hotel/service apartment.
services are generally good, has a good gym and outside swimming pool.
however, air conditioning system and especially electricity system are unstable - I think it's more fundamental building problem.response / report this review
