They use very poor nail polish paid like 110 dhr for hands gel which was ruined after 5 days exactly when I went to them they offered me to fix them when I removed the first layer figured out that my nails were ruined from the material they’re using , however they’re good in hair , waxing and threading service but AVOID their gel manicure

Tried back massage there, it is amazing with specialist Irma, but mani and pedi is ok, you can find better place for that.

Lovely branch with the sweetest staff - much calmer than Al Barsha and less crowded! I informed Racquel that my hair would get very dry from blowdrying, and she totally understood and used a very gentle technique without any pulling or discomfort. Super customer service as well if you have any issues. Will be back soon!

One of my favorite places to go and pamper myself .. they are very service minded fast and efficient. I am always greeted with manager and they make sure I feel at home .. thank you #tipsandtoes

First of all, they gave me a technician to do my mani who had a flu which was so uncomfortable for me, I came to the salon to relax and to get my nails done, not to get sick!! They shouldn't let a sick employee work and interact with customers.
Secondly, I wanted to do French mani pedi, but the technician who was also sick, didn't know how to do French at all, I waited for her and she tried so many times but didn't work. So at the end she went to get another technician to assist her and I requested the same. The second technician did a good job at the end.
Beside the technician being sick, doesn't know how to do French, plus didn't do proper cleaning, she also injured both of my fingers and the blood came out!!! She wasn't even sorry!! Like seriously what kind of bad service I got!!! I told her when she injured the first finger please be careful, but she didn't and she injured another finger as well!!
For my Pedi, it wasn't so bad, but it could be much better, it wasn't professional, it was like someone doing French for the first time.
I'm afraid that I might had the flu already + service wasn't good at all.
That was my first time visiting the salon and it's my last!!!
When you go to a salon, you expect at least professional staff who knows how to do all kind of services!!!
I am very disappointed of my experience at tips and toes golden mile yesterday, I don't recommend it to anyone!
That's a shame!!!! At least they shouldn't have let me pay after what happened to me and what I have faced with them!! A respected salon wouldn't let you pay after all that!! I paid like nothing happened!!!
