Excellent room service. Friendly staff. Free valet parking. Food and beverages are a bit pricy if not included in your room deal package. The swimming pool was undergoing construction during our stay. Free internet. Desk. Hair dryer. Air conditioned room. Non-smoking hotel. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

We had nice stay in march 2018 at this hotel. It mentions it is 4 star, however it can easily compete with 5 star hotels. We liked especially the staff, and their service. Rooms were a bit small, but still decently clean and tidy. Wish we had the room with balcony, but still ok. It was pleasant stay since we were upgraded to club level for free.

Stayed for only a day as we were sent here when our flight was delayed for 16 hours. Amazing foood !!!! Best buffet I’ve ever had . Cheese variety, olives , dessert, local cuisine , name it ! Pool area is lovely . WiFi wasn’t very strong in the room. Nice room! Great bathroom.

Only stayed one night. Wish we stayed more! Amazing hotel, great amenities. Amazing team especially the Egyptian who works at the concierge desk. He helped us recover a much treasured souvenir. Went above and beyond and we cannot thank him enough. A true asset!

I attended the place as our alumni function was arranged here. The arrangements are very good. One star is reduced because of the time taken for bringing back the car from valet parking.

Great location for airport and leisure facilities. Easy access to city. Good rooms. Great food and staff very attentive. Nothing to much trouble. There are coffee and tea in the room. But in a cupboard. There is a building site next door, but not at all intrusive. This is at least our 7th visit over 7 years. Highly recommend.

Very good service, staff polite, rooms clean. The breakfast buffet had a big spread. Enjoyed a good workout and squash sessions with friends. Had a really good time along with family and friends.

Really enjoyed my stay at Crown Plaza! You will found good service, good food and very welcoming staff. This hotel offer many facilities : Pool, gym, hairdresser, restaurants, bar and more Yas Island is very touristic, so don't expect see a lot of local & cultural stuff over there I would suggest to go out of the island if you want to get the most of your trip!

Rooms: well maintained, but a bit small, just like business style rooms. Staff: very good, specially in restaurants. Tends to get busy in lobby and checkin/checkout area. Car take ages to get. Pool a bit crowded, but u can use the Yas Beach. Reasonable prices for the room.

In addition to the main restaurant where breakfast is served, there is also a separate restaurant in the lobby of Al Dyiafa, where there are all conditions for families with children. However, the staff ignored our family, seeing that we came for breakfast with two children, and did not offer us a restaurant for families. In turn, being the first time in the hotel we were not aware and sat down at a regular table. Meanwhile, visitors with children who arrived after us kindly met with managers and escorted to the restaurant for children. After breakfast, we still decided to take a stroll in that "miracle restaurant" where everyone was happily leaving, and of course it was not pleasant that we did not have breakfast for the negligence of the staff, there were also entertainments for children, and screens on the walls with all sorts of cartoons, And a separate play area . In general, the last impression was negative

One of my favorite property in Yas Island. A well maintained rooms and comfortable beds are main plus point. Fitness room is good and has sufficient fitness equipments. Breakfast was good and they do serve limited choice of Indian food. Check-in and checkout was smooth and efficiently handled. Overall an amazing experience.

The staff is great! The check in process was fast. The room is comfortable and the bed is nice. On a less positive note, the rooms are not well insulated from outside noises. I could hear children screaming at the pool. I am on the 5th floor. Also, someone was playing music really loud in the pool area until after 1a.m. Ramadan is ongoing so that may be the reason. Recommendation - If you want a quiet night, ask for a room away from the pool.

Brunch offered very little in food options, nuggets and fish fingers bland. The burger was delicious. The chocolate cake was chocolaty and rich. The many games and mechanical bull added entertainment.

Awesome staff! This really made our stay special, as these day most hotels in a chain are much of a muchness. But these smiley people went out if their way to make us happy. The food was also mind blowing good at the buffet (half board).

Something about this hotel that flows naturally. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room we got was amazing, comes with a large balcony, which is only one of a few. It's clean, spacious and we'll designed. You can feel the generosity and hospitality of this place. The breakfast was also outstanding and fresh (on our first day the cucumbers had a bit of dirt tho). But I would like to emphasize on the freshness of the items in the breakfast. The pool is well located with an open sun bathing area.
I guess all in all, it's a Great very affordable place that is highly recommended.

Great hotel with modern and fresh decor. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Rooms are huge with nice views. Rooms are maintained well; very clean. Pool needs better cleaning and room service food needs improvement.

Lovely stay. The rooms were spotless. Good views. The breakfast spread was amazing. The pub grub was great too. Easy to get around Yas island on the express bus. Very pleasant indeed.
