Worst hospital and management team . you have to waste at least 1 hour to see a doctor EVEN with appointments
This is branch of Burjeel hospital in Abu Dhabi and when I had been there they were so rude
The worst hospital i ever visited
One of the best medical Centre.
Worst clinic ever , to slow maybe 1 doctor available in rush time
The medical centre is ok, but this pharmacy is one of the worst, it always takes me 20 to 30 minutes to reach my turn..and always loose your turn because there is no queue machine. The customers are all over the place.
Worst appointments ever
Worst service ever! Don't waste your time and go to a different clinic.
Was there 1 month ago, made an appointment and yet was forced to wait 50min. Paid AED50 for appointment (Daman) and needed an approval for CT scan 1 month later called to check where is the approval only to find out they never got it & did not even bother following up

Update 28/05 - once I started complaining about this issue, a very helpful manager Mr. Sohail managed to resolve this issue to our satisfaction in 24h. He also found the loop in the system and will re-train his staff that failed to get in touch with us
Long wait. ☹️
Came here for a check up for my son. We had an appointment but no was no one else here waiting so it was quick to be seen, didn't even have the chance to check in and get a complimentary beverage before heading off to the doctors office. Overall, we were in and out in 30 mins.
In Burjeel in Makani mall al shamkha.I was there exactly at my appointmet that was at 3:30 p.m. and i got my turn to visit the doctor at 6:00 p.m.
They are wasting my time there.
They told me to come back after 10 days to get my blood result (so bad visit) حضرت قبل الموعد بنصف ساعة ودخلت الدكتورة بعد ساعتين ونصف 👎
I visited the center for a dental appointment and was impressed by the doctor as well as the staff. Good ambiance really makes it look more like a hospital than a medical center. Keep us the good work!!
Had cardiac tests done a year ago and the doctor said I was fine without looking at the results. So I spent thousands of U.S. Dollars and traveled overseas and was properly diagnosed with a treatable heart condition. Tried to follow up at Burjeel. The same doctor whom I first saw greeted me with, "I looked at your test results after you left and saw that you had a heart irregularity!" After I left?! Also my 5-year-old son was once scheduled to have a blood test He was scared, so the nurse offered to call two large security men to come and physically hold him down Nice bedside manners. Ha! We just walked out! :(
