Website is good and covered most of the airlines. Prices are also realistic. Only problem is sometimes it's buffering like anything and testing our patience, especially if the flights in searched routes are not available. All the best..

Best online travel company in all MENA region. Their customer service is perfect and specially reliability is 100%. They have a lot offers on flights and hotels. I always prefer booking from them because it's tension free and their booking section you can select your meal options and seats also.

This is worst flight booking website..

I booked the ticket and transit via ukrian borislpol airport but the second flight was showing to jhuliyan airport which require on arrival visa hence this ticket is not transit.. while travelling from destination back to Dubai I refused to travel and even when I called tajawal they told me to call before 6 hours to cancel the ticket..

How I can go boarding before 6 hours ? Once I go to boarding then only I came to know..

Pls don't book any ticket in this website and all information are fake specially when you travel transit

Terrible services, Would never recommended to anyone !! I have been following up with then for my refund since last 45 days but till now I did not get my refund. I tried to communicate through Emails and telephone but there is no reply or a proper conclusion. I am disappointed by the fake promises & unnecessary talk !! Attention Tajawal team : If i don't receive my refund within this month, I will take a step for legal proceedings against your organization - which may not personally harm your business but can certainly damage good will of your organization reputation too.

I have been using tajawal exclusively to book my flights for almost a year. The experience is amazing, fast and safe! Everything is described and explained to detail. It's easy to check prices and get details for flights and times. Best part is that you get some of the best prices online. The minute I completed my bookings everything was sent to my email. Never had to print anything just got to the airport, showed them the ref. code and got my pass. Probably one of the best booking experiences online. Recently I also booked a hotel for a family vacation. Easy, fast and safe and most important part: I did not have to make a single phone call to validate anything.
