2016 May, one of the groomer shaved my Pomeranian when we said use scissor only and reduce hair size by 50% and August 12, guy was meant to come at 8:30am but came at 9:30am and said same thing cut hair by 50% only scissor but he called 10 minutes later and said dog is barking too much can't cut and asked for payment I payed 350 and said never comeback, seriously the worst groomers in Dubai, took my dog to pampered pooches and for 200aed less they did a miracle

I really liked sending my dog here, I felt they were nice and professional, until they trimmed my puppies hair. Anyone familiar with German Shepards should know you don't trim a double coated puppy. It may have been a genuine mistake by them and I understand that (I only asked for a shower and nail clip). But they tried to cover it up saying didn't do it. His coat is destroyed, his hair is now growing haphazardly and it will take a long time to grow back to normal, if at all.

Professional groomers and staff. They paid attention to all the details about my two dogs. One dog is 16 and one is 11, so there were many requests from my side.
I booked the grooming van and they came on time. The groomers are super friendly. They knew their stuff especially untangling matt fur without cutting the chunk out. My dogs had no wounds whatsoever which was what we experienced twice with the grooming at woof dubai. They were returned to me with cotton soft fur and smelling really good!response / report this review -
