  I had book fishing trip with my family and they had confirmed. Then they asked me to send the payment and they gave me their bank account and no payment link was created. 2 days later, they called me and informed not to make the payment as they are planning to cancel the trip.
  
  After that I got another mail with payment link asking me to make the payment. I was about to do that and same day another person from their team asked me not to make the payment as they cancelled the trip.
  
  Again I got a emailmessage asking me to make the make payment (20-May) and I informed the complete story and later he admitted that it was cancelled.
  
  Now after seeing my first review, the admin of this account has contacted me over WhatsApp and threatening me that he will file defamation case. Dear brother, you are most welcome.
  
  Last one word of advise, uncertainties can happen to anyone, but please be open and never give false commitments to customers

  I did again fishing on the last day of 2021. I've been booking my shared fishing trip with the same company for a few years now. They have a nice staffs. You will feel at ease with them. I recommend this company for people who wants to do fishing, a small group or a single person. Call them in advance so you can be included with a group.

  The staff are so hospitable and welcoming and couldn't do more to make you feel comfortable. Beautiful views. It's relaxing, amazing sights and an absolutely beautiful experience to have. Would totally recommend. Sunning yacht and this was our third trip!! We've been out on a ladies tour, a family trip and this time with the grandparents. All three times each trip was very special. Thankyou so much. 😊 Captain Diban is an amazing host!!

  Thank you for a splendid yacht cruise experience we had yesterday at Dubai Marina! We had so much fun and quality time without breaking the bank! Service was not compromised and Captain Diban was so approachable, supportive and made sure our cruise is ON time :) His smile added joy to our family trip.

  Booking is very easy.We booked 50ft boat over call and email. We have not given even any deposit. We were late by 15 min but still they accepted the booking and dropped off us exactly after 2 hr. Boat operator is friendly.Boat was nice and clean. We booked by calling Abdo who felt very proffesional and friendly.

  Bought a promo from Cobone and made a confirmation with the company a month prior. The team was very helpful and email response was quick and they accommodated my request for a bigger boat since some of our staff would like to join for the BBQ boat cruise. All went well and all my staff (19 of us) were looking forward to the day. At 930pm, a day prior to the event, received an email from Abdo that the boat was having engine issue and will not be able to do any cruise and postpone the one we had booked. I called up and, well, there was no alternative given and he couldn't be bothered as if it is my duty to find my own way out. As I had paid in full, it should be the company's responsibility to provide alternatives and not to leave their customers high and dry. I was extremely upset. Though I do understand that the unexpected can happen, in this case the company did not even make an effort to help. After talking to the rep., an hour later an email to offer a smaller boat. So what am I supposed to tell the unlucky staff that they had to be offloaded?? Overall our company gathering was ruined and I had to find other options today, in less than 8 hours!! Suffice to say that if you want to rent a boat, look for boat companies that has good track record of maintaining their boats. Or at least one with a larger fleet so that you will not get 'dumped' because of engine problem.
