We have occasionally contacted Best in Town Services LLC to assist with our Fridge/ice maker. Everyone is incredibly courteous and eager to assist as soon as they can. recently assisted us and prevented us from purchasing a brand-new refrigerator. Able is an excellent choice for any appliance repairs. They run a good, ethical business. Excellent service and will use them again.

Amazing service! We called once because our AC wasn't working and turned out to be a tripped wire. The service was so positive especially on December 16 when we called, we had thek come out again and give us a quote for our duct work and converted garage issue. ***ZERO STAR***
This company is so unprofessional. We had our water dispenser touch pad button to be fixed in February but instead of fixing it they made it look worst! We have been calling them to have it rectified, but they are no longer answering. After a few months around last week of September we are in touch with them again for the same issue. Surprisingly, they wanted to charge us again for the call out fee and some parts replacement. To make it short, they still didn't fix the machine but charge us for the call out fee which is not acceptable as they had the machine for almost a week.
We will NEVER use their services ever again.

Very highly recommended. Worth paying the price.

Realized that our fridge was not working as normal in the morning. Called them around 10:30, they picked up in an hour as it couldn't be repaired on the spot and delivered by 17:00. Most important thing is their reliability.

Used their services last year as well and happy to mention that they are maintaining the same standards. I will go with them again.

I was recommended to this company by Fix it service when they were unable to provide my needs . Upon scheduling of returning my product we agreed on a fix time of 7pm .Which was inconvenient for me as I was schedule to still be at work, however I took my work home early so I could be there upon delivery and pushed my 6:30 meeting back to 8:15. At 6: 22pm I contacted the "service manager ROBERT" on the what's app to follow up if my delivery was coming on time as planned. Robert responded It will be brought between 7:45 - 8:30 which was not the agreement and no one contacted me to ask if the time could be changed. I ask if they can stick to the time arranged as I have an important meeting .ROBERT said I will check and never got back to me . I called customer service and the girl on the phone said she will check with the manager I told her I will pay for the repairs but not the service charge as their service had cost me business and was very poor. Which I think is very fair!!! After no response from her checking the driver then
called me at 9 PM to say he is on his way and my total is 700+ I told the driver he could deliver but I refuse to pay the service charge ! he then said he wont deliver my washing machine! I called customer service again ALL they say is they understand but none of them do nothing . I ask for them to let only the manager call me. ROBERT the "service manager " called me this morning telling me he apologizes but this is Dubai and maybe they got held up. When I ask him why no one called to inform me in change of time he had no excuse but is insisting I pay for the service fee on top the repairs! This company is still holding my belongings and refused to deliver and remove the service fee after admitting they were wrong. They would rather risk future business for their owner and reputation that valuing a customer and making right for their irresponsible actions !!!! WORST IN TOWN SHOULD BE YOUR NAME . If none of the managers cant solve this issue fairly have your owner contact me! You guys are unprofessional and lack customer service training!

I gave my water dispenser for repair on 24 Mar 2018. I have been following up for last 15 days but till date I haven't heard anything from them. I'm not even aware whether my water dispenser is repairbale or not. Every time I call them they have same answer we will update you.
Change your company name to worst in town and return the water dispenser if you can't repair it.

I really had very bad experience with them.

You should call yourselves “worst in the universe”! I was supposed to receive my “fixed” washing machine at 9 am this morning and as planned i got a confirmation call at 8 am confirming this. At 9:30 i called them to ask about my package and they confirmed that its under my bldg.!! Its 3:18 pm now and i havent got my package, without any awareness of customer compensation in their dictionary!! Not everyone who says “best” is best� Don’t fall in this trap!!

Fast, reliable and professional..
My oven broke down in the late afternoon, so I searched for repair company and I came across The Best in Town.. I called them in the evening and they came within an hour, after assessment took my oven and sent me estimate within an half hour. Told them to go ahead and in the morning 8.30am my oven was back and working.
Want to express my satisfaction with this company, living so many years in Dubai, I really appreciate their professionalism and prompt reaction.

If you want to do yourself a favor then hire somebody else. They have been to my villa 3 times to repair my 7 month old Hitachi Side by Side ice maker. The ice maker is still not working, they charged a lot of money for exchanging spare parts that were not actually broken and right now 2 of their specialists stare into my freezer and have no clue what they are doing. That is not what I call "Best in Town".. Add on 12/21/2017: The real Hitachi service just left my house. They told me, that all the parts, which "Best in town" charged me for are the old parts and have not been changed. BE CAREFUL with this company!

BE CAREFUL! They took away my cooker to give a quotation on fixing it. When I declined the price, the effectively took it hostage, demanding a higher price for returning it than agreed by email and would not deliver it back the day after as promised. Eventually they did fix it at a lower price after much discussion, and suddenly they were able to do it the following day. Will not be using them again :(

Had a new dryer delivered which need installation. I called best service in town after working hours and within the hour they came and installed my dryer even though today is a public holiday. 100% satisfied with the service, far better than many others I have used. Highly recommend.

My fridge was checked on site and then taken away for further assessment at the workshop. No receipt was given as a matter of record. I received the quotation by sms and follow up call, which I approved. It was returned a couple of days later, and I paid the charges. Unfortunately however, the fridge wasn't cooling at all. I called the next morning, and it was taken away again promptly on Thursday. This time I asked for a receipt but was told none was necessary! I was supposed to get a call explain what was wrong but didn't hear anything from them. After following up with them on Sunday I was told I'd get a call back. None received. On Monday I get a call from the delivery team and agree a 2:30 delivery which was missed without calling. They called again at 10:38 pm to schedule a morning delivery. They came this morning to deliver a fridge which turned out not to be mine. I called the service centre to report the situation, and explained that I could not accept an item that wasn't mine, while they spoked to their technical team. They took it back again. The service centre said I'd get a call back from the technical supervisor in charge. Thus far, no call back. No explanations of what was wrong with the fridge nor where mine was misplaced!

This degree of negligence is completely unacceptable. I continue to patiently wait and hope for an appropriate resolution.

Needless to say I cannot recommend that anyone uses this company.
