Could not be more happy, excellent service from everyone I've dealt with at the company. Any questions and they answer within a few minutes. Drove some km over the agreed and they gave me the price as soon as I asked and it was not that expensive. Even got the car two hours prior to what we agreed on. I'm definitely using the same company next time in Dubai.

Rented a Polaris Slingshot for 2 days from them. Excellent service. Pick up and drop off in a timely manner and the car was in great condition.
Special mention to George. He went out of the way to make sure the delivery and pick up times are according to my preference and right on time. Always smiling and very accommodating. Keep up the good work.

The team at Superior Car Rental were great! They answered all of my questions about the rental agreement, explained the functions of the car, and added so much enjoyment to my trip to Dubai. I would highly recommend them for your exotic car rental. Shayma was super-responsive with my questions and scheduling pick up and delivery. Excellent experience!

It was a pleasure renting from SUPERIOR CAR RENTAL. The company responded promptly to all my questions regarding pricing, availability and insurance coverage. I initially reserved a Rolls Royce Wraith but was upgraded to a Rolls Royce Dawn (convertible) due to the Wraith rental being extended by the prior renter last minute.The Rolls Royce Dawn was delivered to my hotel by TANBIR, who did a walk around of the vehicle with me to confirm the condition of the car as well as provide me with a general overview of the features of the vehicle. Overall, I was satisfied with the service of the company. I will be renting with SUPERIOR CAR RENTAL in the future when I return to Dubai.

This company is highly recommended.
They are so professional, since the first chat on WhatsApp, to the call, to professional finalization of the deal, to the punctuality of delivery on time as per request..
Until the unnecessary follow up from a supervisor that everything is going smooth..
Everything was so great.
The vehicle experience with Maserati great as well.
But again Maserati as a vehicle is available everywhere but Professional team running the business is rare to find..
I believe this is the comfort a client is always looking for..

Absolutely not a serious company. They advertised lower prices in order to catch customer. When you call there, they will increase price of 25% or higher. Not to recommend at all.

My experience with Superior car rental was exceptional from the very beginning. To start with, they have the best prices. I had shopped around and didn’t find any company that matched their rates. Communication was super easy and from the first seconds I could feel that their priority is for their customers to have FUN. No unnecessary headaches, no complications!
They were helpful and easy to reach at any time of the day.
The level of flexibility they showed made me decide to extend for another day and of course, they made that easy too!

Great service from these guys. The cars we originally booked were unavailable for a couple of reasons, but they upgraded us and let us know in advance. Cars were in good condition and the staff were very professional. Would recommend.

The customer service was IMPECCABLE. They delivered the vehicle to my hotel. They went over the paperwork and explained the Dubai traffic laws and to watch out for the speed cameras. They go over a quick tour of how to use the vehicle. I definitely recommend Superior Car Rental. If you want attention when you are in Dubai, definitely rent the Ferrari 488 Spider. Superior Car Rental has some of the best prices for exotic car rentals.

Absolute disaster.
Avoid this car rental company.
Company failed to deliver as promised and extremely poor response from management.
Have use other car rental companies in Dubai who are professional and easy to use.

Very professional luxury car rental service. Excellent customer care! We reserved a car which turned out to be still booked by another client. They upgraded us to better cars which we got at premium rates. Nothing but 5 stars for this companies staff and service!
