Hotel location was perfect for our purpose to be in Sharjah for 3 days. 5 minutes away from Sharjah International Airport. Also, internet access was good.
However, hospitality and hotel cleanliness are failed. Toilet tub has has big crack on the side, that caused toilet floor water leakage every use of the tub. Almost all rusty toilet steels. Dirty fridge when we got in. Tv remote doesn't have battery cover (kept on falling off) and with sticky feeling at the back. Very dusty wooden furnitures. Stained and dirty carpet.
I don't look after 7 star hotel facilities, but I want a simple decent-clean room and customer service oriented people where you can feel comfortable to ask for assistance/somewhere to feel good to stay with. Price value was high for the quality of room, facilities and customer service they can offer.
Additional experiences that I will keep in mind for my next travels.
No vanity kit
No bathrobe
No hotel room slippers
No hotel elevator
No vallet parking/concierge
Lesson learned: Book and plan early, not to end up by getting the last choice only.response / report this review -

Food is disgusting. Staff barely wants to do their job. Rooms are straight from the 70s.
The bathroom had rust all over everything as well as dust and grime. I can go on and on. Definitely won't be coming back.response / report this review -

Worst hotel ever!!! The staffs aren't friendly and the hotel is very old!!! I would never ever recommend this to anyone!!!

It was okay. Not amazing but better than some places i've been to on my trip. Cleanliness could be improved, found bugs in the room as soon as I checked in. Food butler could be more attentive to guests.

Good hotel, Value for money. close to the airport . much better than expected . Clean rooms and excellent service. Better than most hotels in Sharjah.

The most awful place we have ever been. Terrible rooms and food. The staff of the airport lied to us the whole day and ruined the last day of our honeymoon.
