If you're on a budget this place is great. The breakfast could use some work but other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone that's staying in Oman

I had a buffet from Crystal Plaza. It was delicious. Great services. Had a quite good continental food, salads and all. It is a little expensive but I think its worth it.

incredibly bad, i had the worst experience me and my family, very rude and inexperienced staff who calls the room in the middle of the night have no respect to guests rest or wellness and on top of that the so called front desk manager is very arrogant and when you ask for higher management they dont allow you to speak to them. DONT RECOMMEND IT.

Very, very tight parking, quite difficult to maneuver a saloon car how much more an SUV. Their lifts sensors are not working well, the quickly close even if someone was in the middle of the door. Our 2 year old boy was almost squished!!! Scary!
But I could give a good review on their food. It was surprisingly very good. We attended a function that served Filipino and international dishes. Even the kids loved the food.response / report this review -

Seriously needs renovation and the Wi-Fi cannot be more pathetic then this or may be worse. Excellent food and staff are very friendly and courteous but the room need to be upgraded with new LED Bigger screens and Better bedding and other Amenities.

Value for money. Hotel is One of the cheeper in sharjah. .free WiFi. .. location is walkable distance from all the aminities. . Rooms are clean and modern. .. Buffet is available. ..

The most pathetic hotel I have ever seen, right from the reception staff to the waiter are full of arrogance. Very bad behaviour next thing the food. It stinks not at all edible, the eggs seemed plasticy something really wrong with the food. There was stomach upset the next morning. Next coming to the rooms they stink like anything. The carpet has been there longer for a decade not washed nor changed. Very bad hotel over all not at all recommended. Don't even feel like giving a single star.

Parking is a joke. I arrived here late one night and had to negotiate an obstacle course with my Toyota Corolla right up to the fourth storey because the carpark was almost full. The valet wouldn’t let me in unless I check in first. However, if I knew what I was getting into, I honestly wouldn’t enter in the first place.
Apart from that carpark from hell, it seems like the only person smiling in the whole hotel is the lobby guy who brought me up to my room. The room is adequate enough and the hotel is located centrally, within walking distance to Mega Mall.
Still, it’s one of the cheapest options in Sharjah and the room is ok so I’d recommend this place if you’re on a budget and want the convenience. AND don’t need to park a car.response / report this review -

Stayed 1 night, Internet broke down, security was unreasonably strict and didn't allow my guest to come in for few minutes, mirror almost fell, cockroaches in my room, lampshades don't work, check in and check out timings not on page, not water/coffee or electric kettle, toothbrush/toothpaste in-room, bidet was leaking, reception didn't have wifi password for lobby
