Beautiful Hotel, very clean and centrally located. Excellent customer care by friendly staff from arrival to departure.
Bright spacious and comfortable room with all necessary amenities. This is all what you expect in a good city hotel.
Highly recommended for travelers who are looking for a good value for their money.

I was here for one night and my experience was great. I felt this property bit expensive, but they provide very good service. I booked an apartment and which was very great very clean and nice. Interior decoration is also great and room service is also fast. Staff in reception is very friendly. And its opposite to Sharjah Sahara center which is one of the largest shop center of sharjah. And border of dubai is also in walking distance. Highly recommended

Best place one could stay at
Big rooms big bathrooms. Plenty of space to Move around in the room..
And best part is that Sahara Center is right across the hotel so u don't have to worry abt food or anything.
In all Had a great time at Ramada and hope To visit again very soon.

Was nice clean service was great. My fiancé and I were able to stay together. The room service is nice. Okay quantity of food for an okay quality. The bathroom could use updating. The house service was excellent. Would stay again.

Not a bad hotel. There is a big mall front of the hotel. Location is good. However breakfast is not so good and very limited. Staff is very helpful

The place is very good and interesting the rooms are good. The rate is good but the breakfast restaurant needs improvement and expansion it is overwhelmed with the number of guests and food served needs improvement. Kindly do something on breakfast and also housekeeping is poor needs a lot of improvement .Overall the hotel is great.

The hotel is good. Rooms are big and clean but not always new. Guest service was fine. I received everything I had requested.
Location - sleeping quarters of average and below average people class.
Completely inconvinient to reach Dubai by public transport. And taking into the account that there is nothing to do here your journey to all the attractions will take the hell time by walking/bus and metro. So be ready to reserve money for taxi.

Very excruciating check in, which was slow and confusingbut the service from then on was very good. Nicely appointed rooms, good executive lounge (the small restaurant is small and could be very busy for breakfast service) and the room service is prompt. The people in front desk will need some training in better customer service.

PLACE FOR BUFFET BREAKFAST IS TOO SMALL TO ACCOMPANIED HOTEL GUESTS.
NO SENIOR STAFF IS LOOKING AFTER THE FACILITIES DURING BREAKFAST. ALL THE TIME MANY THINGS GET FINISHED AND FILLED LATE THAT TO BY CONTINUOUS FOLLOW UP.

OTHERWISE ROOM AND ROOM SERVICE IS GOOD

I kind of like this hotel now. Have stayed twice for more than 15 days during each business visit to UAE in last 5 months. I would say this is indeed a 4 star property.

Their rooms are quite spacious and an upscale. Large living room and separate bedroom is kind of hard to find in this budget. Very quite. Friendly staff. Quality of service.

Location is perfect. Located on the main road so public transport is easily accessible. Exactly opposite to the hotel is a Sahara centre; one of the largest shopping and entertainment place of Sharjah with a distance of pedestrian bridge. Also, varieties of Indian restaurants are located within walking distance. Being a vegetarian hailing from Gujarat, India, it’s hard to find veg. food around in UAE specially in Sharjah.

Only 1 feedback. Please advise Housekeeping to thoroughly do the work. They are doing just fine but sometime they seems to be un attentive.

Definitely recommended.

Friendly hotel, conveniently situated in the heart of Sharjah. The rooms are surprisingly large and quite comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful and although I only had one meal in the restaurant, the food was good and the overall experience was very pleasant. The hotel also has a spa offering various treatments but I didn't use them, so I can't speak to the quality of service offered. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from Dubai International airport (when there is no traffic!).

Before booking, I have asked about the size and depth of the pool and informed we are coming so our son could have a swim. When we checked in, we were informed that we could not be allowed to swim because it is time for ladies only, even our 6 year old son is not allowed. No option but to swim the next morning only to be informed that they will do maintenance the next day! At the end after complaining here and there, they did not close the pool and let us use the next morning. The apartments were acceptable. The parking is so narrow considering we have a family car. We did not have any option but to park outside where everywhere was sand. There is no way We would be back.

The Ramada was really great. The studio room we had was really spacious and clean. The service was very professional and helpful at all times. And the Sahara Mall is right opposite the hotel, perfect for shopping.
