Booked Sharjah Grand Hotel through Booking. com. It was a complete missleading. Photos and room descriptions are not correct.
But staff of the hotel was very helpful, friendly and patient. I came with 2 kids in the middle of the night and was not happy to discover that room we booked is not suitable for us. We were welcomed by two members of staff: Rashid and Daniel who did everything to settle the problem. Great thanks to them!
All rooms have balconies. City view rooms are a bit noisy. Hotel has a private beach, pool with a slide, restaurant, beach caffe and gym. Everywhere the staff is very friendly and polite.
Highly recommended.

Nice hotel! Excellent beach and swimming pool. Fantastic food. Polite and professional staff
Hotel is silent, next to the beach, advantage is that there is no alcohol. Its safe to walk in the city. Nice hotel staff. Special thanks to pastry for tasty eklairs.

Fantastic beachside hotel please bear in mind there is no alcohol in this region whatsoever so this spoiled our holiday. The breakfast served here were superb. the hotel Is off the beaten track therefore taxis are required to visit anyway

The hotel is superb, located just on the sea with a beautiful view. Staff extremely friendly and helpful from reception to lifeguard. The hotel provides a great location, for a relaxing holiday with everything you need on hand or very close by. We will be back.

The caroet is the room is extreamly dirty
No table tennis (they have the table but they dont have ball or rockets so how am i gonna play it??)
They dont have tissues in the room
They dont have complimentary tea coffee sugar in the room and when i asled for it they said its not included as per the hotel policy.
They dont have gym or billiards even its mentioned there.
The reception dont know how to smile
Its banned to buy food from outside u can only use their food and if they catch u u will be charged 100 dhs for that.
The ac is good but very load.
The swimming pooh and beach very nice.
The view from the room is nice
The wifi isnt working i used my data.

Unfriendly for people with muslim beach clothing.Most of the guests are Russian Tourists. The beach and pool are big and nice. The restaurant close very early .Food is ok.

Such a beautiful place with very good service, nice beach , large swimming pool, and buffet breakfast. However, it is sad to see how much food is wasted by hotel guest at the expense of the hotel and without consideration to those who are less fortunate.

Overall nice and cozy hotel. Nice sea view for rooms with sea view. Clean beach and swimming pool. Large and clean rooms however air conducts for the central AC MUST be checked and cleaned, it smells the mold. Personnel are kind and helpful.

Old hotel. Steam room is not prperly functional. Fitness room has only 3 equipment one of them is not working (tramedil). Kids pool is quite small. Kids play area is poor. To be fair, the beach is nice and the aqua slide is excited particularly for kids. Location of hotel is near to the centre of city.
