Sharaf DJ vouchers is a froud
I had given vouncher for theme park on purchase of laptop, after confirmation I reached bollywood park
but I could not use as It already used by someone before me. So I have to pay completly from my pocket. The person at gate of bollywood park told same thing happens daily with Shraf DJ vouchrs in 50 % cases.
its very very bad part of Shraf DJ to issue same pass to differant person n waste their time n money.

The samsung store inside the sharaf dg is horrible and they are not educated enough to handle customer service for electronics. They truly rely on a computer to tell them the answer to the problem and not use their god given brains or degree in electronics to solve the issue. Horrible!

Bad service I will never buy even a batteriesvery bad after sellvery bad customer servive ..very bad so called "manager" .unfortunately I bought a laptop from Gitex just to discover its not working and battery is not chargingthey dont hold minimal responsibility and loyality to thier customers made alot of verbal and written complains but no one even called and listen
I dont recommend it
My laptop still with them more than 2 weeks
Iam raising the issue to the legal authorities
My ticket is 256839
So I will not have the silly automatic response that you are concerned

Unfortunately I cant give it less than 1. I gave my laptop for repair 1 month ago and since then i have been visiting the store and calling their never ending list of numbers. No one knows how to help. Mistake to go to Sharaf DG if you want good service and most of all After Sales Service.

Non professional teams.. maintenance of a phone screen will take up to 15 days without knowing when it will be the exact day they just will say its 10 to 15 days totally unprofessional that you dont know whats goimg on on ypur phone its just put on hold. less than one hour work of changing the screen will take forever in sharaf DJI do not recommend anyone to buy or fix his device in sharaf dj even if its under warranty

Beware .. I made a mistake and ordered from their online store, they charged my card and after one week they told me the item is out of stock! and now I have to wait for them to refund my money! They should have known what they have in their stores.

My response to the owner: I already sent an email 2 times! still no reply from your support team.

Flimsy service. On at least two occasions, I have been made offers by the salesmen only to be blocked by the Sales Group Manager. Each time after spending some time agreeing on the sale. The Sales Group Manager seems to be more interested in controlling the sales staff than making sales. I walked away on both occasions buying from elsewhere.

Sharaf DG in Abu Dhabi Mall is good for smaller electronics that you may need. I wouldn't recommend buying more expensive items as they have a poor return policy that barely allows customers to return goods that were broken upon purchase.

I have bought inexpensive auxiliary cables and wireless mouses from them, and they seem to be fine. Other than that, I tend to stay away from costly products as the salespeople at this branch are rather annoying and uncomfortably hover over customers like vultures.

Deliver the wrong item and will not take it back because the packaging is open. So I have a unusable printer due to a reference mistake on their side. This is a very disappointing experience. I still have a lot of material to buy for my company and I will go to the competition.

Worst service. Worst sales commitments. Worst of company. Don't buy from this. I have ordered iPhone 7 plus and they told it will be delivered in 7 days. MARA express courier called me and told we will deliver today and then no tomorrow, now they are saying we have not received the shipment. Customer care has no info they will say call after 3 days or 4 days DON't BUY FROM IT

If you buy something, go home, open it and realise that you can't use it for any reason, then they will discount a 15% restocking fee from the voucher they'll give you (no money back). There were five tellers, 2 of them working and 3 of them chatting while clients are waiting in the queue. For a better service go to Virgin Store
