Not a hotel for luxury. It's situated across the main bus terminal in Deira so it gets really loud. There are no services or amenities but breakfast is included. Rooms are clean and have a safe. Hot water is iffy make sure they explain how it works in your room.

Located in a good place for business especially to the African market. The price is OK. The only thing I didn't like about the place is the parking, there is no legal parking around so when a taxi drops you off, you are rushed

A bit unfair to post this as I didn't go inside, was just picking some visitors up. But judging by the outside, unless you're on a budget or enjoy being in the middle of the concrete jungle, id advise go somewhere quieter

I got bed bug bites from this hotel, along with being ripped-off!! WARNING!
I gave them a call, and sent an email to the manager, however nothing was ever done. I booked the room over the phone, as I am from out of town, and did not have access to the internet at the time. After looking up the contact information to this place, I only then realized that I paid DOUBLE what the hotel website has listed. BUYER BEWARE!
