Not a great spread at breakfast. And unfortunately rude staff as well. Rooms per se are nice but maintenance is bad.

Very disappointing! Their staff is very rude. They dont know how to talk in a calm manner as well as with courtesy. We wouldnt have rented their service if not of the cheap rental fee but even with that rate they should atleast show reapect and courtesy!!!

OK rooms but the bed is as hard as a rock. No kidding, you would be better and softer to sleep on asphalt. My husband weights 325 lb and could not even put an indent in the pad that was put on top of a slab. We had been traveling for over 16 hours and we were exhausted and it was pass midnight and even then we could not sleep due to the horrible bed.

Nice place to live in the middle of the city. Very good for Indian families with kids travelling to Dubai as they have spacious apartments.

Very Friendly Staff, Very Neat and clean rooms, Price was justified by their service and Location was almost perfect near the Alfahidi Metro Station all places were easily accessible

The manager - Mr. Tony is extremely friendly. Rooms are comfortable but equipment like washing machine and refrigerators need upgrades in some rooms.
