The apartment was massive, clean and had everything we needed. It was like a home away from home. The hotel location was perfect from all the tourist hotspots. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The tour stand at the hotel was very helpful and allowed us to book anything we wanted to do. Everything was great and I would definitely go back.

Perhaps one of the worst reception experiences ever in Dubai. The attendant was very unprofessional and started asking questions about who I will be staying with and what not. I had booked through Agoda app so it really put me off with the behavior of this reception guy ( Ahmad ). Cancelled my reservation the same day without any refunds and checked into another hotel which was much much cleaner and with extremely polite reception people , who do not ask unrelated questions or try to judge you based on your skin color or your nationality.

To whoever wishes to stay here DON'T , save your self respect.

I had stayed with my family in this Hotel Apartment during my visit to Dubai in November. The staff here is very friendly. The apartment is awesome with very good furniture and all amenities. There are restaurants and super markets close by. The Sharaf DG metro station is 5 mins walk from the restaurant. They also have taxi services at very reasonable prices for guests to commute. Overall I was very pleased with the staff service and behavior. Thank u team Rose Garden , Al Barsha.

Rose Garden apartments in Al Barsha is a excellent place to stay for family, friends or a couple. It is quiet and very clean. The staff are amazing and very knowledgeable especially with advising on places to go how to get there and genuinely want to accommodate you with everything. Thank you to ALL at Rose Garden for everything, my family had a great time and with your assistance in making our stay comfortable I only had to concentrate on the tours.

This place is a great place to stay if you are visiting Dubai. Having the utility of an entire apartment while also having the luxury of hotel service is great. The pool on the roof is pretty small but clean. The rooms are extremely clean. Having your own kitchen helps as you can grocery shop and store food instead of eating out all the time. The apartments are huge.

Just correct. Cleaning was good. We stayed 1 month and the reception was asking us to pay every three days with was completely crazy! They were not welcoming neither. We were disapointed by this hotel and just stayed there because it was convenient for work... I don't recommand it

While the location is excellent and rooms are spacious. Level of cleaning and customer service is awful. Cockroaches roaming around in kitchen and smelly bath rooms. Front desk is good for nothing unless you approach the manager. I might stay at this hotel again for the convenience and spacious apartment. However, it's a pity to see that there is room for improvement but they don't care.

Very spacious rooms and ready to help staff made this apartment hotel a very good choice for my family. Good value for money and conveniently located near the metro and the Mall of Emirates. Recommended!
