Ali and his team are excellent. Professional, timely, and happy to work with whatever issue you have. I will always call them for any problems. They are willing to work evenings and weekends to help deal with problems at villas or townhouses, and are experts on anything to do with JVC.

As my wife has mentioned couple of posts earlier, after Ali and his team came to fix ac, and give warranty that compresor is not the problem and it does not have to be changed, charged us 250 dhs only for checking AC. Same night (not even 24 hours later) ac again stoped working, where Ali came again and switched ac on again. After one day he refused to come again and install new compressor and ac was not working at all. He refused to return money, and refused to come and install new AC. Blocked both of us to disable us from contacting him. He did not refilled any gas or changed any part of the ac and refused to come to support his service. Whole proces, until now took only 7 days now, and I have already new compressor instaled by another company. I do not recommend his company, and you have no warranty on work done.

Warning for all clients!!!
We called this company to change the compressor, they came and said it's another issue, they fixed it and we paid. No recept was given!
Next day AC is not working again, they came, fixed, again next day AC not working. When we called third time, they didn't want to come!!! They refused.
We paid again to another company and ask them to refund the money.
The guy blocked our numbers and we cannot call him.
We went to so much stress and stayed without AC, paid double price and still looking for this guy to refund the money.
Never go with them, the reviews are fake!!!
