Very reliable service, AC tech team came on time on both visits. This is by far so much better than other companies who set appointments "in between" certain times. AC tech team was clear about the thermostat issue, could have been resolved in the first visit if not for a tiny screw that they did not have tools for. During the follow up visit, was informed that new tools were purchased so screw can be unfastened. Thermostat was fixed and appreciate how thorough the team was. Special thanks to the superb AC tech team - Joven and Jefferson. These guys were so efficient and polite. Contact centre team was also informative. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Friendly staff (Jammy and team!) always looking to go the extra distance to help, fast response times during our recent urgent AC issue blowing hot air in peak summer, take safety/cleanliness as their top priority, thank you guys!

Called we will fix it in a last minute panic having discovered damage to our apartment bathroom ceiling. Super helpful at the office, scheduling an appointment for the next day and brilliant work done by Rod and Francis to remove and replace a suspended ceiling. Polite, friendly and super efficient. I was really impressed with how clean and tidy they left the space after ripping down plaster board! Highly recommend we will fix it

I have made very positive experiences with We will fix it. Had Joseph Cyprus and Rodrigo in to do duct cleaning for two AC units. They covered up everything in the apartment before they started and left everything nice and clean. They also shared photos with me of what the ducts looked before and after. They also sealed some gaps in the duct and as a result the AC now does much better cooling. They appeared very professional to me including all the communication in advance. Can highly recommend them.

I was BLOWN away by the incredible service from Albert. He was with another technician and I can’t remember the gentleman’s name but please - if you have some form of recognition system, they both need to be recognised for exceptional work. Albert was gracious, has an impeccable eye for detail and also a sense of humour. What fantastic service overall, thank you so much!

First time I call them and I am enormously happy! Fantastic service. From start, the booking process was impeccable. They replied immediately to my query and managed to book a same day appointment. They called me to confirm their times and were punctual. The work was done in a precise, clean and conscious way. They paid attention to detail and worked in silence and with dedication. They also came prepared with mask and basic safety which is really appreciated. I strongly recommend them!👏👏👏

Picture this: you roll out of bed in the morning only to step into water. This is what happened to me. I did a quick Google search and landed on the We Will Fix It website. I scrolled through the reviews and decided to call and I'm so glad I did. My worries were put to rest and my concerns addressed when Joshua answered the call. Less than 24 hours later I had Bryan and his team working tirelessly to replace my water heater and ensuring they leave knowing that I don't have to worry about the water issue again. Fantastic service, fantastic team and a brilliant experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
