I googled nearest plumbing service in Dubai and this was the one with the best rating. Talked to Mr Amir who was very quick to understand the issue and within an hour our issue was resolved! Highly recommend them if you're looking for professional services!

My washing Machine was making too much noise so after consulting several repairing services i reached them. First they guided me over the phone to check the issue and then i sent them video.
Where most of the service centres were asking 50 Aed for inspection they did it over the phone and asked me to check the drain socket. I found that some of the coins were making noise which i removed and then it wasn't making noise.

Very unprofessional, had called them for cooking range repair. They claim and try to convince you that the problem is resolved even when you can see that it is not. They ask for visit charges without informing you beforehand, and fault you for not knowing that visit charges will apply in any case and that we are ignorant if we don't know about this. I would like to appreciate the technician Sohail who visited us, was polite and tried his best. But the person who was on phone does not know anything about customer service. Try them at your own risk.

Highly recommended,few people who work with sincerity and honesty,Amir is one of them,good communication skills where he discussed the issue with me and advised accordingly,not to mention that he fixed my electric cooker key knob free of charge which is very rare in dubai,along with my washing machine where he charged a reasonable price,keep up the good work team.

Seven Star Tech Services did fantastic work repairing a water leak in my apartment. not only did they fix the leak, they repaired the water damage and repainted the roof. I will use them again and suggest them to friends.
