Really bad service and experience. Even though they had a credit card deposit and my Emirates ID. They also wanted to take my original passport! Very unprofessional. Won't be using them.

Worst car rental office ever!!
Everything was wrong, booked a car they gave me a different
-Wrecked from the side, front light was fogged
-With very little gas
- they say this is a nismo patrol but it turn out it just a kit even the interior (pictured)completely false and cappy
- it's been more than 15 days and i didn't get any money back from the insurance i paid (2000 ade)!response / report this review -

Horrible experience. I rented a G63 and delivery was good and all. Then, they told me as soon as I give the car back I'll receive my deposit of 1400Dirham. It's been four months and I call them every week! And they haven't sent me a single dirham. Without even explaining or anything. They tell me okay, we will send it back and never did. Scammers.

Really bad service !!! They took my security deposit "2000 dirham" and I had to beg them for a month and a half to return my money and in the end they return part of it. They told me at the beginning that Salik is on them but once they retun my deposit it was missing 300 dirham and they told me it's salik !!!! Anyway I really don't recommend them
PS. I ask for a car and they told me when I arrive it's not available. !! Really bad serviceresponse / report this review -

Saddly I had the worst experince with RPM. First I booked a car 3 weeks prior to my arraival and got the confirmation. When it was time to deliver the car to me I got told that they did not have it even tho that I booked it 3 weeks before. Then They tell me ( we dont have the car what do u want us to do) like we have nothing for you. They kept telling me it will come in couple of hours we will contact you. No one contacted me I had to keep calling them to give me an answer. Finally a day before I leave I called to see whats going on and they tell me we have it we will bring it to you. If I did not call no one will have called me. I was very patient with them and understanding. They bring the car and it is a differnt model than the one I have requested with a picture so they know the exact car. We returned the car and waited for a month for them to return the deposit of 2000 to my credit card when they say it will be returned after 15 days. After many calles and waiting for another two weeks I finally get them to refunding the money to me through western union 250 riyals less. They charged me for the transfer fees and 100 for saleek when they never mentioned any charges for it. It was a very bad experince. I was expecting a very good service from them because of what I have heard about them. Comunication is very bad and service is very bad. Very disappointed not what I was expecting. Defiantly will not use them again.

I gave it two stars due to the quality of the cars and the service I recieved when I went there to rent a car. There verity if cars is good, but be prepared to face some serious issues as it seems they never check their cars before they have them ready for rental. The head lights of the SUV i rented didn't work which made it difficult to drive at night. Anyways look else where you can find better options in dubai.

One of the worse car rental place you can find. I reserved a car and the delivered another lower type with the same price. They told me they've rented it to another person and I had to wait one or two days. Also, they didn't transfer my deposit back until i called and acquired about it, plus the amount was -100 dirhams! Worst experience ever!

Passez votre chemin !!!!!!!!! Grosse arnaque en vue ils vous accueillent dans leurs beaux locaux avec leurs belles voitures vous parlent bien et au final c'est une bataille pour récupérer ma caution !! Sa fait 45 jours que j'attends et ils font la sourde oreille ne s'activent pas pour me rembourser je suis obliger d'arriver aux menaces pour faire bouger les choses je songe à y retourner uniquement pour porter plainte contre eux !!! Bref à éviter de toute urgence
