  Please hate. The worst ever car rental company. If you want to get tortured then go and rent a car. Reema will make you wait there 1.30 hours. And she will kill each cell of your brain.

  We returned the car and no one was at the desk so we left the keys. Later got an extremely rude, angry and unprofessional email from a Ms. Reema Chetri from Diamondlease that said the following:
  
  "Dear Sir, I am surprised the way you cancel the call because I think you know what time you have put the vehicle inside in visitor parking and because of the 20 dhs payment you are canceling my call.. NO PROBLEM SIR I WILL PAY 20 DHS ..THANK YOU SO MUCH..

  They were calling to inform us of a 20 dhs fee, and turns out they weren't even calling the right number. We never got any calls, but went ASAP to pay the fee we owed once we saw the angry email. The woman was still extremely rude in person. Of course if an employee was at the desk when they should have been, we would've paid it then and it never would have been a problem.
  
  Completely rude and insulting for them to insinuate we were being dishonest and trying to get out of a little fee. Unbelievable. All this over a small little fee, and they've lost our business for ever.
