We had to CALL the POLICE
Tried to get more money out of us by showing us an old dent and claiming it was a new one when we had already pointed it out in the initial handover!!

Economical and flexible service!!

The company has various centers in Dubai and all are interchangeable.

Staff is quite friendly and supportive. Rates are reasonable if u rent a car for more days!

Flexibility is that u can return ur car at any of the locations.

The conditions of cars are not very good but still manageable in comparison to rates!!!

My Honest Experience: They will not give any evidence for fine, charge you extra for the fines.
Will give you a call & press police charges against you even after you pay fine.
Once you bring evidence they will apologies stating they have a poor system.
I have never rented a car ever after this scary experience.
I have a police clearance certificate & letter from Indigo to prove the above.
Wasted 2 days from office to resolve this issues !!!

Absolutely disapointed with the services! I did a booking online, for the Hyunday Sonata, got a confirmation number, with a mobile number indicated indicated in the same message. Called the number, confirmed that car will be available next day, i explained the guy that my driver will come to pick up the car, and he is the one who will drive the car. Next morning, my driver went there, and at my surprise, when i called after 2 hours, my driver told me that he is STILL WAITING FOR THE CAR!!! An moreover, after 2 hours wasted, the sales representative said that they cannot release the car, without any explanations!!! No reason was given, numbers which suppose to be as rapid response never answered my calls, t understand what is the issue. The staff is not friendly, and helpless. Absolutely not satisfied with the service, and will never use again!

Had the worst ever experience, the first car they gave me the head lights didn't work and was not clean, the second car they gave me smelled worse than human waste.

The deposit refund takes them more than a month.

Definitely will not suggest it to anyone.

extremely bad, dirty cars, problems with final bill, check deeply your car before taking it as they will find problem when u return it, don't Give your credit card for deposit, as they charge unexpected feed after you return the car.. Advice find another company

2 month after rent they told me I had been fined while using the car. Then they've charged me 400 aed fine + 500 extra 'service' fees

First time experience. The initial registration took more time than expected but overall impression and service was good. Later the staff explained to me that in future it will be very fast since I am already registered with them now.
