It's really strange for me to rate this hotel the lowest , for me I stayed there almost 20 times over the past 3 years . First the good points , 5 minutes from the airport, polite staff every single one . The hotel is attached to a huge mall with metro station at the mall gates .
Now the bad things , dull rooms , the hotel's public areas are play grounds for running screaming kids . To get a taxi it takes 5 minutes minimum , but that has improved over time . The smoking floor and rooms are rotten need someone to one the windows every now and then.
For what make me hate this place , is a 500 $ Cartier belt that was stolen from my room . I couldn't do any thing as I found out this hours before my flight. As for the hotel personal including the duty manager , the only thing they did was to try to prove me wrong . I came to dubai for a relaxing short break, now I am going home feeling terrible.

Everything was explained well. Staff well trained. Service was excellent. Staff always greeted continiously and always with a smile. Very central. Close to the airport, Shopping mall and train station. Its the best situation for a short visit you could imagine.

My stay here was absolutely fabulous My kids loved it. Breakfast OK not too much variety They didn't want to give me an early check in unfortunately Yet I requested it prior The location was good as it's based in a mall and metro station not too far as u walking through the mall.. Wear comfy shoes

Perfectly located hotel. The hotel itself is attached to the Deira City Centre Mall and also very close to a train and bus station which makes everything convenient. The view from the room is kind of nice as well as you can see the Dubai skyscrapers from day to night. Rooms are nice and cozy and the kitchen is fully equipped with cooking appliances and wares. The food from room service are also nice specially the burgers.

Excellent place and the hospitality, make you feel you are at home. From the minutes you are arrived, you really feel it. The staff welcoming you real smile from arrival to departure, anything you ask for it you will find it, the words no doesn't exist at Pullman Dubai Creek city center. Anytime I come to this hotel , alone or with family we are charmed by the elegance of the place, the decoration and cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast is delicious, the spa just wonderful and all the team is very attentional and of great courtesy. I like the "art friendly" side of the hotel who promote many local emerging artists and the attention they pay to little details ,just to make the clients happy. I recommend this hotel from all my heart.

Pullman hotel is located in the center of the city very close to airports and metro stations. Right behind the city center deira mall.
Had been to seminar here , the banquet facilities are pretty good. Neat and specious banquet halls and good food.
The bathrooms were neat. They offer free wifi access. The staff were courteous.
Been a good experience.

We stayed at Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre for a day. We checked in early in the morning around 7 a.m and checked out next day around 6 A.M. The stay was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The view from our room was simply fantastic. We had breakfast and lunch at the Medley restaurant on the first floor. The breakfast was a disappointment for us. My wife and I are vegetarians and requested that the lady at the Omelette counter make a simple vegetable stir fry instead of adding the egg. The lady said that she cannot do that since she will need to add vegetables for multiple omelettes for the two of us. We have had vegetable stir fry done by the Omelette station in numerous hotels around the world and this is the first time somebody gave this excuse in a rather rude manner. This is the only reason for a 3 star instead of a 5 star rating for this hotel. We are hopeful that the hotel will fix such minor issues before our next visit.

Excellent hotel, perfect location just minutes from the metro station and connected to Deira City Centre Mall. Staff was tremendous, so pleasant & helpful ..especially Dina and John who assisted us during our stay and our itineraries. Clint from restaurant was also superb. Highly recommend this hotel! Will definitely come back!

We were retuning home to UK from Korea with Emirates. The flight goes via Dubai so we decided to break up the journey home with 5 days rest and relaxation in Dubai and chose the Pullman. What a great choice! From the moment we stepped into the lobby till the moment we left was a delight, thanks mainly to the warmth, helpfulness and friendliness of ALL the staff.

When I checked in the reception was very cordial and ensured that I get in as quickly as possible. They briefed me politely on all the amenities. The concierge too was helpful. I was promoted to Executive floor and there the service was even better. Room service and house keeping were of great help.

Our second stay at the Pullman Dubai we had such a great stay last time two years ago.
Fantastic location close to the airport for the late night arrivals and late night departures. The late night check in and late night check out is a fantastic service.
The very good shopping centre located next door to the hotel with access directly from the hotel (a great thing when the outside temperature is 40+) with the train station at the end of the shopping centre means you have easy access to the rest of Dubai . Or taxis at the front door.
The hotel is top class with every facility you could want. Great restaurant, sports bar, travel desk and the most amazing staff. The service was faultless, we were only there for three days but the staff remembered our names, room number and cheerfully and professionally provided amazing service.

The hotel is very very good. Staff members are very helpful especially Amine, John and Nuqman. They make sure that our stay is always comfortable. I like the room, it is very spacious and clean. The food in the restaurant is also great and have a wide variety not to mention also the bar, very good ambiance. Definitely, we will come back in this hotel and will recommend the hotel to our friends and family. Of course, special thanks as well to Lily.

A fantastic option for a 24 - 48 hour stop in Dubai en-route to or from Europe. The check in was swift and efficient and the location is fabulous, being connected to the substantial 'Dubai Deira City Centre Mall'. Breakfast also really good, although perhaps a 'quite zone' could be set aside for business clients and/or those who like a little serenity at breakfast ( rather than adults and children playing videos on phones at full volume ). All up - great value and will return.

We arrive very tired after an overnight flight. Rooms were not ready before 6:30am so we had a wait. Staff were very attentive. We had mini breakfast available. The room was ready at 6:30am but the Sofa Bed we needed for the 2 kids was not prepared. Other than that the facilities, proximity to airport and Mall and the food and staff were all great. Perfect for a 1 night stop.

I stayed at Pullman Creek for 6 nights. On night number 2 there was something wrong with the showers. Only hot and very hot water came out. Your duty manager was very prompt to come to the room to check and in the end he had to call the engineer to come in to resolve the hot water issue. It was promptly fixed in 15 minutes and all was well.

You may wish to check the windows in room 527. We stayed in this room and every night food smells from frying, cooking and come right into the room. Not only could we smell the kitchen exhaust, I believe the loud compressor sounds of the air conditioners etc could also be heard.

Other than the 2 issues (1 was resolved) our stay was good.

We found all team members to be friendly and helpful. We had a club room so we enjoyed the benefits. The club room is a little small but a nice atmosphere. We had breakfast down in the main breakfast area which had a good selection to suit all nationalities. I feel there could've been more attention paid to tea/coffee service because we weren't sure whether we had to get it ourselves or be served. The service was a little lacking in that area

Check In: I arrived for late check in, exhausted after my 12hr flight. Room was not readily available. Your FO staff handled it professionally. Offered welcome drinks.
Rooms: Clean and comfortable. Was not fond of the foam and square pillows. Preferred the traditional rectangular pillow. Did not bother to ask housekeeping anymore.
T&B: Did not like the design of your shower area. The swivel glass was not sufficient protection against excess shower water. Had to squeeze near the faucet and shower head to avoid getting water all over the place.
Food: Had breakfast everyday and 2 lunch buffet. Loved the quality of your food! On the second day of my lunch buffet experience, I was surprised to see Chicken Sisig on the buffet. The staff mentioned that your Chef noticed that there were a lot of Filipinos staying in house, hence the special entrée. I commend the attention to detail.
Service: IRD was good. Breakfast staff handled it professionally when they would be overrun by in-house guests during breakfast. It gets quite chaotic from 830-10AM. It was fully booked during my stay. Very good flow of table turnover despite the waiting in line.
Housekeeping: Good cleaning and turndown service. I'm sorry I was not able to take note of the one who assisted with my room but I would like to commend him nonetheless for the following reasons:
-Keen on guest preference. He noticed that I would use both bottles of the shower gel at the same time. Loved the scent! He would replenish the next day with an additional bottle on top of the two. I appreciated the extra without having to ask!
-He made a dog using a pair hand towels as part of the turndown service. He accentuated it with my reading glasses and the empty kitten purse I left inside my room. It was a delightful thing to see after a long tiring day. I really appreciated it.
Check out: I had a special requirement that was handled professionally by Hisham.
I emailed the hotel 2 days after check out inquiring for a white shawl I may have left behind. It was promptly handled Fe Marie Bangsoy which was most appreciated.
I booked at Pullman due to a 2 day event I participated in. I am very happy with my stay and the service of all your departments, banquets included. Thank you, everyone!

Extremely dissatisfied by the woman at the reception who checked us in. I paid early check-in and was told to check- out the same day by 3pm whereas I was supposed to check out the next day at 12. Due to this I couldn't sleep properly and had to keep waking up so i dont miss my check out time. After coming down at 3 to check out I asked why I am being asked to leave at 3 today while I paid extra for early check in and should be able to check out tommorow, only then I was told that there has been a mistake and my check out is tommorow. The receptionist who checked us in was a rude lady too. We were planning to book a suite for 2 weeks for the upcoming stay but cancelled it due to misinformation provided. Never recommending the hotel again. I have stayed in many hotels but never experienced this before.

I apologize for the rage but I hope you understand and avoid losing any further customers.
