Awesome welcome and hospitality of the staff.
Rooms got all facilities.
Staff is very caring to individuals' needs.
Loved the food too.. so yummy!!

It was our first marriage anniversary and they did so much to make our day.. upgraded our room for free and gave superb gifts.. so happy from their service.

Awesome stay at Dunes Al barsha, the 1bhk was excellent with good customer care and wid cleaners to maintain the room regularly , it was much pleasant stay which was memorable with family .
Kudos to the management maintained by Faisal much appreciated indeed.

I went to their Dunes Delight restaurant with a Groupon deal of 27 dirhams for a meal for two. Good food and relaxing ambience.

Don't book studio apartments - they are facing street, construction site and mosque and windows are not sound proof which means you won't get any sleep at night.

Location is good and stuff is really nice but in apartment it is just too noisy.

When it comes to hotels, for me the most important factor is the quality of sleep; and I had none. Thanks to the lovely neighbours ams there toddlers.

I blame the bad room assignment in the hotel. cause a studio shouldn't be next to a 2 or 3 bedroom flat.
As others mentioned, the staff are super friendly and helpful. rooms are clean , dated but clean. location is the best. still, none of that matters if u can't sleep. SHAME

It's good for families. Breakfast is similar each day not that good, specially due to small size of the restaurant and limited number of tables and sometimes you have to wait for some people to finish. Furniture is 5/10: would really hope to make renovation to give them 4 stars.

An ideal choice for leisure travellers! Great loco for shoppers and so close to the metro station. Rooms are very spacious and clean and the rooftop pool and gym area are amazing.

They try. Buffet breakfast is good but the coffee is bland. Pool is nice. Staff are professional. Good for families.

Hi This is the second trip over there Dubai and have the chance to select Dunes.

The staff is so helpful and warming especially Mr Zahid. Though I made Internet booking but he made all my trip especiall thanks to him and the other staff Amit and Anita.

The food is very good at the restaurant especially the prathas and masala tea

The Emirates Mall is just few yards from the hotel. All other attractions are near, local markets food chains and especially the mosque it's just in front of the hotel.

Hotel has his shuttle for the JBR and the Mall of Dubai to go over easily.

Over all the rooms are big and clean. The housekeeping team even cleans up the used dishes at your appartment.

It's worth to stay therethe pool is very nice kids can have fun has small jacquice😊

So anyone from Pakistan and other countries will enjoy the location.
