A great location - not too far from the metro station. Valet parking is just behind the hotel. From check in to check out this place has been very accommodating. Bedroom was of a good size with a good size bathroom with separate wetroom with a 7 head shower and stand alone bath with views across Dubai. The electric bind and curtains were a great touch.
The pool is a good size - slightly busy but always found somewhere to relax in the sun. Pool is open until 9pm which is great for nighttime swimming and then using the spa facilities (jacuzzi, steam and sauna) located inside the locker area. Don’t be fooled it - it’s a hidden spa area. Definitely would stay again

Convenient Location and near to World Trade Centre Metro station and other restaurants. Room is comfortable, spacious and clean. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is same for all 5 days during my staying and not much options and varieties. Fed up with Breakfast. Room rates are expensive.

My husband and I meant to go on holiday in coming week but due to personal reasons we wanted to postpone the booking 1 month later ( April instead march) but the hotel management refused our proposal. We have been told the there is no possibility to Change the booking and we shall be charged full price if we don't come on the date we booked.
We are loosing our money such a crappy hotel. I would not suggest anyone to this hotel as they don't compromise to customer need.

I regret to have book with you..last n never again.

The location was amaizing where as it is close to many nice sites. However it took long to check in and the tv was not working for maybe 2 hours till they fixed it. The breakfast was not impressive at all. Furthermore I have been to many hotels that are much better and adequate price. All and all me and my wife did not like the place. Therefore I would not recommend it to any one unless they got a great deal on it.

Went few times in last few months to spend weekend with a friend from India who stayed in serviced apartment section of this excellent property in the heart of sheikh zayed road prime area surrounded by other great hotels, pubs, cafes, fast food joints, restaurant, easy taxi pick ups, Dubai metro. Gives a feel of small section of NY times square as I see it with life 24x7.

One of the worst hotel in Dubai. I Do not recommend it to anyone one although I have not stayed there for a night. I booked two bedroom apartment for the weekend. Once I reached the hotel to check in the staff were very unprofessional to provide us the room they didn't find a room which is suitable for my family. They ended up showing us the highest floor apartment without a nice view and it was very small apartment then again they showed us a smaller one bedroom apartment when I asked the manager to show us the two bedroom. It was a waste of time dealing with them. I ended up leaving the hotel after seeing them very careless and not happy to know my needs. However, they're one of the worst staff and manager I've ever seen. They seriously do not know how to control a very huge 5 star hotel.

Probably once a shiny hotel it is now not that shiny anymore. Everything is old (e.g. furnishings, lampshades, carpet and sanitary installations). All mirrors were dirty even after an extra round of the cleaning crew. The window inside is dirty. There was rust in the shower, the toilet flushing was coming of the wall and the door knob was halfway broken off. The latter two were fixed after a complaint, however, this should already be fixed for new guests without complaining. The breakfast is alright except that you have to pay extra for a cappuccino! Come on, that should be included in a 5 star hotel. Overall, the hotel doesn't really deserve 5 stars, it feels more like a 3 star hotel, especially for the room prices. Very bad value-for-money. All in all, I do not recommend to book this hotel.

The reception employee Kaylyn"as I remember her name" was a pleasant professional receptionist. Room srevice was fast. Room was clean. You find in the apartment what you need; a washing machine, a coffee machine, two TVs, etc
I recommend staying at this lovely hotel.

Modern, trendy, comfortable location near the airport, trade center, Sheikh Zayed Road and a good and genuine service by the staff. The choice of restaurants in the hotel is very good.

Actually was much better than I expected from a non-international brand hotel.
Room were nice and well equipped, views were excellent, air conditioning was good and was quiet.
Gym was ok and unfortunately while I was there the swimming pool was closed, for refurbishment, which is not ideal when it's 43°C outside over the weekend!
Staff were nice, remembered me each day (I was there for 2 weeks) and were attentive, but not overbearing.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest prices around

We really enjoyed our stay here.

The location of the hotel is really good, and is very close to the Burj Khalifa and other attractions, it is only a few minutes walk to the World Trade Centre metro station, making it ideal if you are planning to use the train.

The hotel is so clean and the staff are lovely, breakfast was fantastic with different variety of food on offer every day.

Swimming pool and the gym facilities were outstanding with separate spa facilities for male and females.

I would recommend this hotel and would also be very happy to stay here again.

Wine and cheese pairing has been the bright shining light that has guided many a semi-classy house party here in our fine country over the last several decades. And once again it was proved by The Lounge at Nassima Royal Hotel! They bring the wine of the vineyards to the centre of town. They offered a gourmet platter with a selection of cheeses, fruits, preserves, olives, and freshly baked bread to be enjoyed with their delicious red or white wine. Here are few tips if you plan to enjoy their wine not? night. The wine and cheese testing was spectacular and definitely worth a visit. Available every Thursday night from 6pm onward.

    The location is very good.
They park your car and bring it back for free.
    they answer very fast.
    The price was so good.
There is an African guy responsible for the car parking service, he was so kind abd respectful 'Joseph' as well as the reception people.
When I had a problem with the room, the room manager reacted directly by changing the room.
The isolation and insulation of the room is fantastic.
