  A shocking experience with some wanna-be gangster / real estate agent called omar. I was embarrassed to be in his presence. I went to lux habitat straight after meeting him and had a much better experience.

  I came across this firm when I moved to work in Dubai 3 years ago and I must say that the staff were very helpful and professional. In fact, this is my 3rd time I used them and I have recommended them to my friends and colleagues who were also very impressed with them, especially Romaal who was extremely helpful. She took me through my tenancy contract and explained all the important clauses including the ones relating to small repairs and my duties as a tenant.
  
  In the future, I will always recommend Provident Estates because in my view they are the best around. Thank you guys at Provident Estates, you are amazing.

  My experience started with the first Property Manager in charge of my unit, Martin S Walters MARLA (Currently a Director at Thomas Homes Real Estate LLC) claiming that works would be done to the apartment, only to flee the country after receiving funds from the landlord. Every step of the hand-off process was a challenge, but I persevered.
  
  Afterwards management was handed off to Romaa'l (Rom) Patel who I initially sympathized with for the chaotic environment she stepped into. I reached a disagreement with Romaa'l in that If I were to be charged for additional works to be done to the apartment, I would be less willing to be as accommodating as I have been in facilitating the sale for the unit. I have went out of my way by leaving the door unlocked, ensuring the apartment presentable, and even taking pictures of the apartment and emailing them to potential buyers.
  
  It was at this point that Romaa'l threatened me and I quote, "if you want to play nasty little games with me I'll play nasty little games with you." Stating that if I were to make the viewing process difficult, she'd falsely claim that I kicked and broke a door in, and later take it out of my security deposit.
  
  My Message to Landlords:
  When deciding which company to manage your unit, do not proceed with provident real estate.

  My experience with provident real estate sums up in one word - excellent. I wanted information and options available to me regarding property buying in Dubai and provident estate agents gave me the information i needed, i was truly satisfied from what i got and was impressed by the rapidness and dedication of their service, I highly recommend Provident Estate for property buying in Dubai.

  So you got the jobnow you have to find a place to stayLuckily i got a job in Provident Real Estate. Even been a new employee of Provident Real Estate i saw the professionalism and dedication of agents towards their work.. In no time i got my first very own apartment in JLT. I highly recommend Provident Real estate for property in Dubai.
