Informative staff, receptionist was helpful. Got my cat spayed here for a good price and they did it really well. Only 1 stitch instead of the 4 people generally give. Easy parking.

I am so incredibly grateful to have found this beautiful vet. The most honest, sincere and fairly priced vet ive ever come across. They aren't here to take your money, they are here to make sure your pet is okay, and gets exactly what it needs, and not more.
The receptionist is also super kind and lovely.
A thousand percent recommend.

This place is does not pick up the phone neither does the doctor to ask a few questions. This vet has poor communication and definitely do not recommend. We went to neuter our cat and it wasn't until the second time we went that they had done the sewing of the wound properly. They barely respond or listen. Do not recommend this place for anything because either way they wont pick up. 0/5 from me.

I was in this clinic with my pregnant dog. I got very nice &full consultation. Doctor made Ultrasound & diagnostics of my chihuahua. Doctor is very professional & intelligent, he knows how to treat pets and try to help stimulate their natural possibility of organism, he does surgery or medical treatment when feels that it really need and if pet cannot recover without this. Thanks doctor and all staff for their help! I sincerely advice everybody this clinic!

Thanks to Dr Luay, my cat had finally recovered from her regular vomiting. Affordable prices, accurate diagnosis and not trying to take anything extra , just like some vet clinics purposely do ,by charging extra money for them useless analysis

Very professional and friendly vet. You can feel they really care about your pet and not trying to oversell things that your pet doesn’t need. Been there to cure an eye infection with our chihuahua. Been solved using cream and patience. I highly recommend this business.

Tried to enquire about simple treatment process but the filipino guy who answers the phone is very rude and unprofessional. While the treatments is fairly priced , the meds will cost u a fortune. My suggestion is to get ur pet treated there i.e if u don’t have another option. And buy the meds elsewhere. Phone answering guy, if u don’t like ur job pls quit

NEVER spay your cat at this clinic. I had a terrible experience with Dr. Luai who spayed my cat. I was first attracted by the cheaper price he offers for spaying cats and so I went ahead and spayed her. She was sick for 2 weeks throwing up after being spayed and then after a month she was surprisingly in heat again. I took her back to him and he explained that some cats can still go back to being in heat even after being spayed, and he gave her hormonal injection to stop her from being in heat. I then decided to take her to another vet who performed a surgery on her and found out that both her ovaries were intact but they were detached from her uterus. The abdomen area had inflammation and she had nylon sutures inside her. The doctor fixed the problem and she miraculously survived. I am writing this to save any cat from going through this.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! This doctor seems to be interested to treat only animals with a breed or predigree. I had taken my rescue kitten which handnt pooped in three days for a check and he just took one look told me it was normal and sent me on my way. DIdnt even want to hear details and when i asked the kittens breed he shrugged and said " common" . He was more interest to go to tea with his son than treat an
'Common ' animal. Please go to Maha Clinic with Dr. Ghazi or please go to Deira Vet Clinic if you want to be treated right.

So thankful to have Dr.Luay recommended to me. I brought my cat to him with an abscess and he immediately did the surgery with no hesitation, no over exaggerating/over pricing as I found with 3 other clinics I called. I just left his clinic now to remove my cats stitches after recovering, he has healed great and is back to normal. The cost was 3 times less than what I was quoted from other clinics, not to mention how kind of a doctor he is, pleasure to visit. I will definitely never go anywhere else!

I called this clinic, I am interested to bring my cat because she is having wound inside her mouth, she can't eat, only drinking little milk. One guy answered me and asked which kind of cat, when i answered just ordinary cat, then he refused. So helping animals is only based on the breed?

Convenient location. Friendly staff and professional service. They are open till 21.00hrs and has a break in the afternoon. The Vet in charge is quite experienced and professional.
