  They keep saying their technician will come tomorrow, but he never comes! They never come for maintenance! Their technician doesn’t speak any English, comes and goes without fixing the problem. He says he will come back the next day but never comes back

  I hope there was a rating bellow one for this company I really don't recommend this to you guys they are good with you until you buy but when you ask for maintenance service you will know how they will treat you and how much you will be disappointed.

  When I first moved to Abu Dhabi I was so impressed with the level of customer service. Things have really changed. This company needs to really take stock of how they are treating customers. You only exist because of the patronage of your customers and you will only survive by nurturing and maintaining this relationship. This is your wake up call, please do better.

  11 months ago I wrote about my experience with Al Ahlia Kitchen, since then they have been trying to blackmail me into removing my review (you can scroll to find it). Whenever I contact them to service their kitchen equipment, they are asking me to remove my review before they assist me. I am again sharing my experience as a cautionary tale to anyone looking to purchase commercial kitchen equipment from them. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this company. They are unprofessional and self serving. There is absolutely no customer service here, they do not respond to your messages or lend any support. From day one before I even opened my restaurant their equipment was faulty, leaking coffee machine, faulty fryer which they sent back twice saying it was fixed and almost caused a fire in my kitchen, they took my insect killer to repair and never brought it back. Now my combi oven needs to be checked and they refuse to check it. I only reached out to them since I purchased my equipment from them, but I am appalled that, instead of using this opportunity to redeem themselves and provide good customer service, they choose to really prove that they do not care. The rot is all the way at the top too, as I was told that the manager said I should remove my previous review first then they will come. If you have read all of this please heed my warning, do your research, something may be cheap, but it will cost you 3x more in the end.

  One of the best Kitchen Equipment Dealers in the UAE. Excellent maintenance. Pre-sales and after-sales service. Had a great experience. The Manager is very Generous and guided us well to choose right equipment for our needs. Great working with Al Ahlia Team. All the best.
