  Useless. Went specifically into the customer service provider to cancel a service. Was told i had to phone a number to do it?! What a surprise, the number they provided was the wrong number! The number i was then given did not work? People are clueless. Whats the point of a customer service office and staff if all they want to do is say do it yourself.

  Very bad company. They can easily disconnect your line without any reson nor prior notice.
