  Very good prices, just make sure that you look at the UAE (Glowbal) price tag. They do not remove the $ tag, and it can get confusing. Overall, a very good store.

  One of my worst experiences with any merchandises ever..
  I bought a dress on Tuesday from Glowbal in Tourist club area near Salama hospital and went on Thursday afternoon to exchange it and was told at the time of exchange that its only 24 hours to have it exchanged.. Now all of this wasn't told to me at the time of buying the dress verbally nor was i given a receipt for it.. The Filipino so called manager who approached me Instead of accepting his staffs mistake and apologizing for not giving me a receipt he had the audacity to question me why dint i ask for a receipt. He was one of the most rudest managers i have ever come across and shouldn't be at his position without been given proper training on how to talk to a customer and knowing his company policies towards his staff and customers since he kept stressing on this on point.
  To add another point about the customer service level, when i just entered the shop a slightly elderly customer asked for a price for an outfit which was already mentioned but he missed seeing it and approached the lady at the counter who angrily pulls out the tag and shows him "see its here" with an angry tone.. if that is how a customer is treated dont think they should be at the customer service front..
  I'm not upset that my dress couldn't be exchanged but was humiliated with the way i was spoken to in front of other customers and will see that i review my experience where ever i can for all to be aware of the rubbish customer service level at Glowbal.. When you are on the customer service end the first thing to be kept in mind is how to talk to your customer and try to retain customers..
  Im forced to put a rating to post my review if not i would not like to rate Galowbal even quarter of a star.
