  Worst customer service ever. They kept me waiting for 2 hours and every time i ask how many patients are infront of me they add them one. I was a walkin but they said the waiting time should be around 1 hour. Worst service ever

  I visited 7 different doctors for my baby girl's rare condition and they had no clue what was wrong with her. 1 visit to Dr. Amir Tuleimat and he figured her condition out and we were on with her medication.
  
  Very professional, knowledgeable, understanding and polite. Takes his time to explain for the parents and even show them similar cases from his medical books to make it clear. Now I only take my daughter to him for checkups
  
  I can't thank him enough, a truly respectable doctor.

  Doctor and nurses were great! 20% discount offered to patients who don't have insurance. Nice facility near financial centre, definitely recommend. Consultation, x-rays, and blood test were all completed within an hour. Follow up visit is free within 6 months.

  Worse experience with the Al Zahra Team on Sh. Zayed Road Dubai.
  Had an eye test appointment for my 7 year old, who had broken his glasses. We made an appointment to 2pm and was there by 1:30.
  Doctor quickly checked my kid's eyes and wrote down the eye test number. No drops were given (normally done for kids) for proper checkup. The doctor was in a hurry because she had another appointment and asked us to come back for a followup in a weeks time.
  
  Here is my kid is without glasses and I am not sure if I should use the test / result given by the doctor in a hurry!.
  
  I complained to the receptionist, who connected me to the PRO (Patient Relationship Officer). He apologized to me for the inconvenience and said thank you and good bye.
  
  WORST HOSPITAL TO TAKE YOUR KIDS.
  
  I went to another hospital and got the eye test done.

  Highly dissappointed by the services The staffs are unprofessional and Even if you report high fever and low BP the Drs suggest two Panadol .Are you seriousFor no reason Blood test is suggested and guess what They make it sound that its so important that they forget to share the result unless you call and ask And the nurse has the audacity to say its just one report no big deal .and after all this you will be still unwelll and now i am heading to I care.the same with physiotherapy team .they just don'tCARE.

  I walked in to this clinic for the first time without an appointment and was out of the after 25 minutes after registering,seeing the Dr and payingCustomer service was impeccableKeep up the great work!!!!

  Right from the ladies in the Pharmacy on street level, up to Reception / Nursing Staff / attending dr. Ahmed Ghalayini, were extremely helpful and empathetic.
  They attended to me in a friendly, warm and professional manner.
  The service was swift and smooth and with no long waiting periods.
  While I was waiting, I witnessed a young Arabic lady being extremely rude and impatient to a reception officer, who remained respectful throughout. These are the type of people who write negative reviews. Just for being verbally abusive to your staff, they should be shown away to go and seek treatment elsewhere!
  As a visitor from South Africa, your hospital compares well with the best private healthcare facilitiies in my home-country.
  Keep up the good work and thank you once again Al Zahra and staff!

  This is a great medical centre. The doctor I had to see was brilliant, very kind and informative. I went in as I had to visit a dentist due to a toothache.
  
  The staff as well guided and assisted me through the process while any questions I had were answered.
  
  There is a lack of valet parking but I found out later that they do have that. This should have been more clear.
