Probably the worst experience ever.
I came to Clinicare M.C. On Thursday evening, as I was feeling really bad and it Is the one clinic near to me. GP prescribed me fluid cannula insertion for fever, which was done good, however nurse left me alone and came only one time to check, my medicine was already finished, I was trying to call someone to take off the needle but no response then accidentally the receptionist passed by and I asked her, however still nobody came and fire alarm sound start at the same moment (even I understood later that it was not real fire alarm) however I got stressed as I was alone laying down without attention and with needle inside. Later doctor sent me to make X Ray, which was done twice !!! Because radiographer can’t see from the first exposure,which isn’t acceptable as it’s harmful radiation Later ENT doctor prescribed me antibiotics cannula insertion , which couldn’t be done even after 3 attempts in presence of 4-5 nurses, who spoke Malayalam, and I couldn’t understand nothing and start again feeling panic, also few of the nurses were not wearing gloves! In my 26 years I never had problems with injections, and never had bruses on my hands. I think this would have not happened this way if they had proper supervision , training and experience. After this 2 X Rays in one day and after 3 failure attempts to inject me I feel like I were some volunteer for an experiment but not a patient.I consider their nurses attitude very unprofessional and this whole experience is a nightmare.

Today they have asked me 110 dhs as coinsurance charges in the place of 24 dhs. Then i asked to check their calculation, then she immediately reduced to 60 dhs. Anyway I paid 60 dhs, as I was in hurry. This is for the second time happening with me. As there is no bills
