The staff is amazing, sells all kind of cat and dog food and its very safe to leave you cat or dog over there for grooming alone.I always go there for full groming for my cat but the prices are a bit high
Would love the prices to go down a bit but the spa deserves a five star

Amazing Pet Spa.. The only Thai Spa themed Pet Store in UAE.. Have all major brand of Food and Accessories.. Very Clean, Hygienic and always smells good.. Great Staff and Great Groomers.. Don't sell any live animals and host adoption days..

What spoiled the visit was that we were asked to take our cat inside the grooming area despite another cat being in the washing section of the same room. This cat was screeching in distress. Thankfully, our cat is hearing impaired, so he was oblivious to the other cat whilst getting his hair clippered. But imagine the trauma if he could hear? I will never again take my cat back there for the staff lack empathy for the animals.
