Worst place to ever consider for your pets to be groomed.
Very inhuman to bring out their frustration on to my cat simba.
Their staff behavior is total 0 level can’t believe the Philippine guy said he will punch me cox I said I don’t want them to groom my another cat simbi because of their aggressive grooming.

Absolutely horrible staff with no pet handling experience at all and have no idea how to speak to people. The 2 people grooming my cat were having a little fit between them and taking it out on my cat. Had to take my cat away half way through. Would not recommend this place if it was the last place on earth.

Rude staff, they provide inconsistent information. The grooming and washing is mediocre. I am really hoping for another pet grooming shop to open in Silicon as they take their customers for granted because of that.

I was asking the short haired lady worker how much was the budgie while she was sweeping in an empty store during working hours and she was like "ma'am I'm very busy" and made other comments like when I asked if the bird bites she was like "are u even gonna buy"

First time my cat got sick. Now i took her again and she have something in her skin. I don t think that they sterilized the equipments before they use it on another pet. I left my cat in al warsan pet shop when I traveled. When i came back after 10 days. She was skinny and not eating any more and she had an infection in her anal. She almost died. I don t recommend this pet shop to any one :)

Couple of weeks ago I took my friend pet for a washing knowing that I booked an appointment and asked for prices before I arrive. The receptionist acknowledged the details and started to fill a paper and while she is doing that I confirmed my need, wash only nothing else, and she nod her head. After that I reviewed what's is filled and the charges were 60% more than of what I was told. She added services I didn’t ask for also charged me for others not mentioned. When I enquired she acted weirdly. Bottom of line they try to fool you so be aware of them !

They ordered my cats for me and were extremely friendly when I got there. One of the few shops in Dubai that was able to get me the breed I wanted.
