It’s a good place for a hobbyist. You can find almost all kind of domestic pets. The prices are reasonable as compare to other places in UAE. You can find variety of cats, dogs, fishes, and birds.
If you really want to good price and variety, visit the market on Friday. Good place to take your family, the kids will enjoy a lot.

Good place to get ur kids to watch all sorts of animals and birds.. Fresh chicken available, slaughtered in front of you. other options like duck, turkey, lamb meat also available. Nice place to buy pets like parrots, peacock, fish, pigeons, falcons etc.

It was a whole new experience when I visited the market on Friday morning!
All the vendor came with their available pets .
Good for taking kids around!
On Friday morning you get goats as well from the local farm .
Also please study about the animal you are about to buy because you might get fooled by some vendor .
Knowledge about the pet is very important before buying them because it's living creature and it's not right to buy and abandon them later.

You can see a lot of animals to grow as pets and to eat as well. There are birds to animals which are rare to see. Have seen Ostrich babies as well on sale. Even Ostrich eggs were on sale. It is a fantastic place to.walk with your kids as they will be awestruck. There are innumerable varieties of birds and animals than a small zoo. Friday evening is the best time. Lot.of individual and shop.vendors gather in hordes to sell their birds or animals. There are very rare exotic birds available there worth thousands of Dirhams per bird. It a well worth walk to the market on Friday especially with your kids.

I got my budgies from here and even though before they would stuff so many of these poor tiny babies into one cage, they are much more humane now (at least, that was the case mid-last year)

We also buy their food, supplies and toys from here and they tend to be really affordable and cheap.

Not to mention all the pigeon food that we find at a bargain.

Good place to get fresh chicken and quails. Also, here you can get various species of birds from India, Pakistan, Australia, Africa, South America and other pets like cats, dogs, rabbits, turtle, etc. Reasonable price. Hygiene is ok.

Birds and animal market in Sharjah where we can find so many varieties of birds and pet animals. The love birds, ornamental birds, cute rabbits male and female it’s really amazing. During week ends and Friday’s we can find more local venders comes to sell the pet animals and birds. We should wear face mask to avoid the smells of the pet animals

I love birds in general and I've seen lots of them that look incredibly awesome at different shops..individual sellers show up on Fridays and you could find a perfect deal for a well trained bird or any pet.. vets are available around the same spot too.. parking is a bit of pain sometimes when it gets crowded.

Always happy to visit this place with all types of birds such as pigeons,parrots (Indian parakeets, Cockataiel, Macau and many more ) , love birds, budgies even eagles and peacock. Also it is the place for dogs and cats lovers with Persian cats at the center of attractions. Live stocks section catering to fresh chicken customers. Please consult a veterinary doctor before finalizing your purchase also you may bargain as prices are not fixed.

Great place to find macaws and smaller birds and pets. Pets are treated horrendously though. Birds are just grabbed by their necks and feathers. They are put in closed hot rooms and cages with little ventilation.
