Shameful service to reputable brand.
I hate my Audi because of poor service quality despite that fact that is covered with service contract they cut corners always. My car been to the service centre couple of time because of the same brake issues. They have exhausted my brake dice replacement and the issue is still there. It’s unfortunate that I had to repair on another service centre.

The Audi car in general is very good. Classic drive! But the people working in this service center..Unprofessional! They are incompetent and ridiculously expensive. And in this branch the manager who just ignorantly brags about how good and professional they are but in truth is good for nothing! Receptionist Jenny hardly follows up on any matter either. Poor service at this branch.
I humbly request all German car users to avoid going to this particular service center.

Great brand with the worst service centre ever.
- Don't expect to get you car back when promised.
- You will need to call them to find out why your call still there and you will get surprised that it's been ready. The staff are just too good to call a customer for an update.
- Don't expect them to solve the problems your reported and be ready to take it back again in a day or two for the same repair again.
- If you have a service package you are not a priority for them ( which you have paid a significant amount for in advance)
- If you don't have a service package you will get ripped off.

i personally had many issues with this service center and had to complain several times for my issue to be solved and they aren't straight forward with the clients and try to weasel they're way out of warranty repairs

They need to hire either a better receptionist or one at all! Every time I call there is no answer. It seems they only service customers in person!
